nally drop off your canine camper, you may do so. Price: $42.00 (includes applicable taxes and treats) Payable upon booking. Forest Tails Location: is secluded on a private 12-acre property with a full growth forest and a swimmable spring fed pond. The power of scent & mental stimulation: Did you know that according to scientists, a dog’s sense of smell is between 10,000 and 100,000 times as acute as a person’s? Imagine then the sensory wonders your canine camper will experience at Forest Tails, from a squirrel tail swishing up a nearby tree to the fox scent in nearby groves from the night before to a rotten apple a mile away. Scenting is a wonderfully natural enrichment activity in the enchanted forest setting and works the brain, which offers mental enrichment and fatigues campers. Forest Tails is enchanting all on its own. A natural stunning sanctuary for any nature loving human and animal alike. From the leaves changing colour in the Fall, to the birds fluttering and chirping in the summer to the frogs magically singing on the pond starting in May. Campers are grouped together based on size, play styles and physical needs, so every canine camper will enjoy a fun day of play. Our pet-loving, safety-orientated Day Camp Counselors supervise your dog. On their first day, we’ll email you a photo of your happy camper. Then at the end of their day, we’ll provide a report detailing how they did.

Forest Tails Team will need to meet with you and your animal companion prior to their first day at camp. The health and wellbeing of your pet is our top priority. We will need verification of the following vaccinations & health information:
1. DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) required. vaccine booster is common.
2. Bordetella – required every 12 months for kennel cough, ideally less than 6 months prior to arrival. This is usually only given at pet owners request.
3. vaccine required.
4. Leptospirosis-strongly recommended especially if swimming
5. Fleas & Ticks: All dogs should be flea and tick free prior to arrival and treatment should be current. Natural solutions ok.
6. Canine Influenza- recommended but not mandatory. Written proof from your veterinarian is required. If an updated vaccine is needed, this should be administered at least 3 days prior to arrival at camp. Enforcement of the Rules:
Forest Tails reserves the right to refuse admittance to any canine camper who:
• Lacks proof of vaccination
• Displays evidence of untreated or potentially contagious conditions
• Fails Forest Tails standard health and temperament requirements
• Demonstrates aggressive behaviour

TIFFANY JONES-Co-Owner/Operator
You may have seen Tiffany on and around the nature trails in Goderich with her own two doggies. She has been an animal lover and nature enthusiast her whole life and this is a dream come true for her to use her compassion and dog communication skills to take care and bring joy to your fur babies on the daily while being ensconced in nature. Tiffany has had a few careers spanning from advertising to sales, to speaking on cruise ships, corporate training to hosting a live television show both in Canada and the USA. She has a degree in Arts (French/Philosophy), a Post-Graduate degree in Corporate Health & Wellness and has her Personal Support Worker Diploma and has enjoyed being a PSW for the last several years in Central Huron. She is trained in alternative health care modalities such as Reiki and Therapeutic Touch and hopes to expand her background in Women’s Nature Wellness Retreats and Workshops on the property starting this summer. Tiffany is also further interested in being certified in Animal Communication & Healing. Dog First Aid Trained.
