Reminder you will know when it's time to visit the groomer
When under pads on paws no longer provide safe non slip protection and or when the tops of paws have no longer showed the shape of the paw
When the hair under paw gets wet or dirty & starts to get matted between the toes of toes but since owners are not aware this causes risk to the paws dampness infections yeast build up sit and rub against the paws making the toes tender skin can become raw (feels like carpet burn while walking with pebbles in your shoes . )
This should be done at least once a year for those who don't go to groomers regularly.
I include cleaning examining toes ears eyes skin and fur while the dog is on my table .
Clipping between toes is done with every groom here
Never use scissors to cut out Matting unless you have a huge bank account to cover the many expensive vet visits and possibly surgery .
Clippers 30 or 40 blade is best if you don't want to cut or take off toes .
