📢 NEW: Enhanced Suite Care Standards at Tucked Inn

Let's talk about a delicate but necessary topic. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, we're introducing our Suite Sanitation Service policy.

✨ What's Always Included (No Extra Charge!):
• Daily cleaning and sanitization
• Regular accident cleanup
• Standard p*e pad changes
• Routine maintenance

We want to stress that REGULAR expected cleaning will ALWAYS be included as part of your dog's care!

🧼 Enhanced Suite Sanitation ($75):
This fee is reserved only for the most severe cases requiring extensive deep cleaning and complete sanitization of the suite after explosive accidents. Additional laundry fees and/or bathing may apply for affected dogs and belongings.

🏥 Digestive Care Support:
When these situations arise, we'll provide immediate comfort care including probiotics and appropriate tummy-soothing supplements to help settle your pet's digestion. Small additional fees may apply based on the products needed and duration of support.

Note: We only discuss these situations at check-out - never during your pet's stay. And yes, while we highly discourage it 😅, photo evidence can be provided upon request for any Enhanced Sanitation charges.

💡 Pro Tips for a Comfortable Stay:
• Start probiotics 3-5 days before boarding
• Pack some pure pumpkin puree
• Ask about our in-house probiotic supplements
• Keep regular feeding schedules before boarding
• Let us know about any recent tummy troubles

🎉 EXCITING UPDATE: More Flexible Booking at Tucked Inn!

We've made a MASSIVE improvement to our cancellation policy - reducing the notice period from 21 days to just 7 days! That's two whole weeks more flexibility for you and your furry family! 🐾

Here's the scoop on our new, more flexible overnight boarding cancellation policy:

✨ For Overnight Stays:
• 7+ days notice: 100% of your deposit becomes Account Credit
(Previously 21 days - that's a huge change!)

• NEW FLEXIBLE OPTION! 🌟
3-6 days notice: 50% of deposit to Account Credit (minus $25 fee)
(This new "safety net" option gives you flexibility for those unexpected schedule changes)

• Less than 72 hours: Deposit non-refundable

💡 All Account Credits (Wallet Funds) are valid for 6 months

🐕 Daycare Cancellation Policy:
• More than 24 hours notice: Payment credited for 3-month use, no loss of package credits
• Less than 24 hours notice:
- Pay-as-you-go visits: Payment forfeited
- Package visits: Loss of one credit per dog

🎉 More Holiday Booking Flexibility at Tucked Inn!

We're excited to announce another positive change for 2025 - we've simplified our holiday booking policy!

✨ What's New:
We've removed our minimum night charges for peak periods! You now only pay for the nights your pup actually stays with us. Simple and fair!

🎄 Christmas/New Year's Note:
Due to our closure dates (Dec 24, 25, 26), a minimum 4-night stay is required during this period - but you'll only be charged for those actual nights!

🐾 New Friend Policy:
To ensure everyone has the best possible holiday experience, we have a few friendly guidelines:

• First-time guests cannot check in during:
- Holiday long weekends
- March Break
- Christmas/New Year period

💡 Why? Peak periods are super busy and exciting! We want to make sure every pup is comfortable and familiar with our routine before joining us during these high-energy times.

🌟 Planning to board with us during a peak period?
Schedule a trial night stay with us first! Once your pup is approved after their sleepover, they're welcome to join our holiday fun!

Pro Tip: Book your trial stay well in advance of your holiday booking - this gives your dog time to get comfortable with us and ensures you have a backup plan if needed!

🎉 2025 Updates at Tucked Inn Kennels!

After holding our rates steady through two years of significant inflation, we need to make some adjustments to ensure we continue providing the exceptional care your pets deserve:

✨ MASSIVE Improvement to Cancellation Policy
We're reducing our cancellation notice threshold from 21 days to just 7 days - that's a two-week improvement! Plus, we're introducing a NEW flexible option for later changes:
• 7+ days notice: Full Account Credit
• NEW! 3-6 days notice: 50% Account Credit (less $25 cancellation fee) - giving you a safety net for those last-minute changes
• 72 hours or less: Deposit forfeiture applies

🌞 New Seasonal Rate Structure
To maintain our high standards while managing increasing operational costs:
• Regular season rates (base rates)
• Mid-peak rates (after Canada Day through Labour Day)
• High-peak rates (holiday weekends, March Break, Christmas/New Year)

🐾 Updated Daycare Pricing
Single Visit Rates:
• Weekday: $50
• Weekend: $60
• Holiday/Peak: $70

💫 BONUS: All multi-visit package rates remain unchanged! These packages still offer amazing value with no weekend or holiday surcharges. (Note: While we're not accepting new ongoing daycare clients, we welcome single-visit bookings!)

🧼 Enhanced Suite Sanitation ($75)
For situations requiring extensive deep cleaning and complete sanitization of the suite after explosive accidents. Additional laundry fees and/or bathing may apply for affected dogs and belongings.

While we've resisted these changes as long as possible, the current economic climate and rising costs of supplies, utilities, and operations have made these adjustments necessary. We remain committed to providing the highest quality care for your furry family members!

Well folks, we're wrapping up another incredible year at Tucked Inn, and wow - what a ride it's been! 🎉

From summer splash sessions to training breakthroughs, we've watched your pups grow, learn, and just be their amazing selves. Every tail wag, every accomplished "sit," and every new friendship formed has made 2024 truly special.

To all our dog parents who've trusted us with their furry family members - thank you. Really. Your support means everything, and we don't take that trust lightly.

But no worries! You can book your daycare visit for Thursday or Friday this week, or any day next week. Just reach out, and we'll get you sorted!

Heads up friends! ... DAYCARE will be closed from November 1st to 8th inclusive as a couple of us take a brief autumn break. But don’t worry – we’re still fully available for overnight stays during this time, so if you need to make arrangements for any of those dates, feel free to book an overnight stay!
