Unfotunately, most of the puppies from puppy mills, backyard breeders and shelters or rescues have come from a less than desirable start. The puppies genetics and or social skills are lacking, they haven't been given a fighting chance. This most often does not get better. Bringing home a puppy from an Ethical Reputable breeder not only gives you the genetics and the Social start your puppy needs but it also is your backup. We, the breeders, will always be there to help you should you need it and we will always take our puppies back and make sure they are cared for in the event you are unable to. Please do your due dilligence - find the right breeder and right breed for you and your family. This is a long term commitment - we want you and your puppy to have a long and fulfilling life together.

Pumpkin Spice Cookies for Dogs.

Ingredients:
1 cup pure pumpkin purée (unsweetened, not pie filling)
1 large egg
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
1 ½ cups oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger (optional, for a festive spice)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, egg, applesauce, and olive oil. Stir until smooth.

3. Add Dry Ingredients
Gradually mix in the oat flour, cinnamon, and ginger (if using) until a thick dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time.

4. Shape the Cookies
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Use holiday-themed cookie cutters (like trees, stars, or bones) to cut out shapes. Alternatively, roll small balls of dough and flatten them slightly.

5. Bake
Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and golden brown.

6. Cool Completely
Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack before offering them to your dog.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw before serving.
