Our boarding facility opened in January 2015 and we have enjoyed every single guest since. We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new facility in June 2016. We not only love to care for dogs and cater to the individual personality of each and every one, we made it a lifestyle. Our services for the public include:

We also breed, raise, train and race our ow

n Alaskan Husky sled dog team. Our breeding program is not commercial and is limited to two or three litters a year. With that we only breed enough new comers to maintain a young and strong team to compete in the big races and don't contribute to an over stimulated dog population. We are well aware of the overflow in animal shelters. The Alaskan Husky is not a pure breed but has a lot of history and is defined by its purpose - sled dog! They may look like a mutt but are high performance athletes! Every breeding is well thought through and pedigrees are studied and analyzed. Our kennel is filled with some of the best athletes there are world wide. No other living being can travel further and faster than the Alaskan Husky. We consider our dogs some of the happiest dogs out there because they are living their purpose and they know it. They have a job and they love to run. Sometimes we are looking to find a forever home for a dog from our own breeding if he/she is retiring from the sport and has the right personality/would adapt well into a different home. So keep your eye out if you are looking to adopt a sled dog. They make great hiking or ski-joring companions up to an old age! We will announce here. Our K9 experience goes back 20+ years. Aaron has been working with his Alaskan Huskies since the age of 13. He has raced in the world’s most prestige races and learned from the best in the sport as well as worked alongside the best veterinarian out there who pay very close attention to the dogs long before and during those events. Our local vet – Dr. Barth – has been working with us and our huskies for a long time and we have learned a lot along the way. Eva, has been working with pets more than working dogs and has done a lot of obedience training. Our motto is "Active Dogs are Happy Dogs"! 🐾❄️It’s PAW-day for our pups today❄️🐾

We are sizing and re-stocking booties for our dogs, Annie, Buck and Che. Luckily, we got inventory to cover your pup’s needs, too.

With ice, snow and salt covering our trails in we need to prepare to protect our best friends’ paws and we’ve got the perfect solution!
Unlike any cream or paste that wears of or makes a mess afterwards, or the clumsy boots that keep falling off and the dogs are having a hard time having fun in, our Non-Stop Distance Booties are tried and tested and without a question the best option to protect their paws. They are light, easy to put on, and they stay on for the whole walk or romp around. Come on out with your pup and we will help you get the right size.

And at the same time you can benefit from our 20% discount on all other items on our shelves - we are discontinuing bringing in any more coats, collars or harnesses. See if you are in luck and we still got your pup’s size on hand for any of your needs. There is also one large light up harness left that will make one customer really happy.

✨Meet The Team✨
Tamara has joined the team earlier this year and has become a solid team member very quickly. She is an absolute go-getter and we are so fortunate to have her. All of us, including the dogs, adore her for her great attitude and fun personality. She loves the dogs and cares for them deeply. She always goes above and beyond making sure they all are comfortable and have the right neighbors or play buddies. Working alongside someone who can make you laugh makes everything seem easier and more joyful. She is also the one we call for help when we can’t reach something or when we need help with a creative idea. In her other life, Tamara loves spending time with her new grand baby and delivers mail by foot - pretty sure she can out-walk us all! 🦮🚶🏻‍♀️💪😅

💥fresh gravel arrived just in time for winter💥

We are thrilled, as a good layer of fresh gravel will help keep the mud at bay and make it easier keeping our facilities nice and clean!

Working in an animal facility like ours, we all wear many hats!!
Not only are we providing personal room service to each guest multiple times a day [house keeper and chef], we do health monitoring, and sometimes even admission of medication [nurse], we bath the guest, blow-dry them and sometimes even trim their fur [hairdresser/barber], we trim their nails [manicurist], we take them for walks [personal trainer], we play with them, teach them manners and fun things [pre-school teacher], we cuddle with them and provide them safety [guardian substitute], we keep track of their appointments and daily schedule [assistant], we communicate and keep in touch with their parents [principal/receptionist], we clean and disinfect the indoor and outdoor facilities [janitor], we do maintenance on the buildings and the facilities [caretaker], and we do lots and lots of shovelling (mostly p**p, but these days it’s FRESH GRAVEL) [landscaper]!
And we are happy doing it all because we get to do it alongside the best guests and co-workers one could have!!!
This fresh gravel is going to make things look and feel amazing again and help keep the mud off the paws 🐾❤️

The joys and wonders of the first snow! Some hate it, some love it… we (other than Annie, bless her) definitely LOVE it!! ❄️ 🐾🩵
Tons of fun action shots from today. The fuzzy fluffy pups, just like our kids and I, wanted to play outside all day. But let’s not forget the poor souls that just want to curl up on the couch for the next 7 months - you have our sympathy! 😉 Are you more of a “get out and enjoy the white stuff”, or a “by the fire with a tea (or bone) on the couch” kind of person (or dog)? Since time is precious and limited we truly value yours and want to provide a smooth and easy booking experience while staying relational and connected with you.
Via the [book your dog’s stay] button on our website, (or the link in the comments), you can easily and quickly create an account with a profile for each of your pets on our booking software.
If you have used us in the past you already have an account there - simply use the email address you gave us to login.
If you encounter any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us and we are happy to assist.

Once logged in I recommend you save the page as an icon to your home screen. This will make future access even easier.

On your account you can then:

🐶 add new information to an existing pet
🐶 check for availability and book your boarding and daycare needs
🐶 check or change your scheduled time of check-in and check-out
🐶 book ad-ons such as walks, swims, nail trims, or enrichment sessions to your booking

We are very excited about these new integrated payment features as they will allow future check-outs to be more efficient.
That being said, of course we continue to accept all previously accepted forms of payment; cash, etransfer and card in person with cash remaining the most valued of all. Please never feel bad or like an inconvenience for showing up with bills and coins!!

If you have brought your dog here before you have likely met our wonderful Bonnie. We celebrated Bonnie’s birthday this week, whoop whoop 🎉🎊 - send her a happy birthday message in the comments!!
Bonnie - our kennel manager - has been a key member of our team for over 3 years and she is the glue that holds it all together!!! She easily keeps up with the fast pace and her energy is unmatched! She visibly loves the interaction with the dogs, the dog parents and the other team members. Her care, loyalty and kindness not only make her an amazingly valuable member of our team but also a great friend! We love you Bonnie!!!
