I've been really debating about posting this! As I feel one shouldn't have to, but it seems like I need to!
I love what I do, and I have been doing it for a very long time. It's getting to the point that I am not wanting to answer my phone, I am so beyond tired of being yelled at, swore at, being told I need to work more hours, and so much more! For those who have done this to me, your numbers have been blocked, as I feel I don't deserve this. I am sure ya all don't loose your s**t on your vets, Dr, hair dressers, massage therapists, and so on. If ya all don't get in the moment, you expect to. I am unsure what has happened to our society and their lack of politeness and where all this entitlement has come from. I get we are a right now world, but a person can only do what they can do! I appreciate everyone who is understanding and not rude. You all make my days better.

I want to strongly suggest to everyone to PRE-BOOK your next appointments when you leave the shop... It is busy and I hate making everyone wait that much longer to get it. I will try and remind you to do so when your pick up your pups!

I've been having alot of ppl late. And not by 10 min or so. I am talking 30 min or more! When I bring it to their attention they just laugh and say oh well. I am kinda over the ignorance of my time and stuff. I get we have delays and such, but a 2 sec text would be amazing. Moving forward, if this happens you will be asked to reschedule your pet! I kindly ask for respect and deserve it, just as anyone does!

Good morning! As some of you have noticed we seem to be limited parking at the shop since we got new neighbors and they have taken over 99% of the building parking. I just want to let you know that the handicap parking right in front of my door seems to be the only parking stall they don't take up 60% of the time, so please feel free to park there for drop off and pick up! I've talked to them nicely about all the trucks parked here for days, and the landlord and no one seems to give a rats ass even though I've had some of you guys complain cause your having to walk from H&R are block with your pups! I don't blame anyone for complaining to be honest, as this isn't fair to us. I just wanted to let ya all know I've spoken to ppl and it's not making a difference and that please park right in front of my door if that is all that's left.

Good evening everyone. So in the past bit I've had a few clients grumble about a very small increase in their pets grooming price. ( $5) at most. I encourage you all to call around and you will be happy to hear I charge very fairly and likely a bit lower than some places if not alot lower ( as I've been told by newer client's) I don't feel I need to justify this increase, as I am sure you don't bitch to costco, walmart, clothing stores and so on!
But here's a little news flash for ya.
My shampoo has more than doubled per gallon, my shop rent has increased alot, my supplies to do my job has increased, and and and. So I am sorry if I offend a few of you by this very small increase, but it had to be done. It's out of my hands

To say the least these past few weeks have been trying is a understatement! And especially for someone such as myself who speaks what's on her mind! So having to find a filter to be able to post this has been extremely hard!
In my long long grooming career I've never ever encountered so many rude, disrespectful, entitled, ppl as I have this year, especially this spring/summer.. It truly maddens me.
I've been yelled at, hung up on, told I need to work longer hours, more days etc. Only if you all Knew the hours I put into my business. Truly knew!
It also makes me laugh in a sense how many have told me how to do my job as well. So I apologize to everyone who doesn't fall into this if I am taking longer than a few hours to respond back or sound really bitchy lately. I deeply apologize.
So with this all being said...
Ppl with farm dogs or dogs I only see once a year. Please stop expecting to get in within a few days. Also stop expecting your dogs to be done in a extremely unreasonable time, you have no idea how much work goes into what we have to do to make your dogs look amazing! If you think you do, please come do my job for a day!
Also for others if your in a rush or need to be somewhere at a certain time and your dog picked up within a short period ( during this busy ass season) please please tell me when you book your dog in so I can do what I can to make this happen with notice.. I do the best I can for everyone.
I am sure you all don't rush your hair dresser once your in the chair and rush them, so don't rush us please or try not to. Also I am going to suggest book a few appointments ahead or when you leave book your next, most ppl know how many weeks they go between grooming appointments, so let's book so you don't have to wait past the time you want. Kinda like when us ladies book our own hair or nails or whatever!
I love what I do, and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you who has supported my shop, I truly do! I want to keep loving what I do. So moving forward for those who get all pissy with me cause I can't groom your pets the very moment you NEED them done, I will be blocking your number unfortunately. I don't deserve the ignorance and don't have to tolerate it.
Once again, thank you everyone who has been patient with me and with the wait times to get in for a grooming. I am doing my absolute best and working longer hours and more days to try and make the wait not so long!

Good morning everyone! I want to start off with thanking everyone for their ongoing support. As you all know or are becoming aware It's a extremely busy time of year. I am doing my absolute best with getting everyone in as quickly as possible. I am working longer hours and 6 days a week. I also ask that when your pets are in my care for their spa day, please don't expect them within a extremely short time, as that isn't possible with this busy season. We are working as quickly as humanly possible while doing our best job and making the spa day as positive as possible for everyone . Also if I don't reply within a short time, I promise I will reply the same day, except on Sundayd. You can message me, but I may not reply until Monday, as Sunday is time with my kids.

To all those folks out there who have been calling, getting mad and hanging up on me all because I can't get your warm pets in within a few days, I have your numbers written down and that is no way for you to become a client or get into my shop! I don't need that megative and rude behavior in my shop or around me! Not sure why I'd accommodate such rudeness. So best of luck!
