Pet food choices oh my!!! Nutrition is one of the top priorities for your dog or cat!! Choose appropriate life stage diets for your pet!
Look for the AAFCO on the bag and make sure it states feeding trials and a specific life stage. An all life stage diet usually has a higher caloric density and is more suitable for puppies, kittens, Nursing dogs/cats.

Cats and Carriers.
If you are planning a trip to anywhere with your cat, make sure to have the carrier out and available for your cat to explore for a few days prior to the trip. This way they don't run away as the carrier is already out. Create pleasant associations with the Kennel. 🐈🐱🐾🐾

Trick or Treat!!! Halloween is a time for goodies. Caramel apples, pumpkin donuts, chocolates, and candy corn make for a delicious holiday. It is well known that chocolate can be toxic for our furry friends, but sugary candy can also pose risks for toxicity. Too much sugar can cause stomach upset, excessive thirst, and in severe cases electrolyte changes. If your concerned about a tasty treat your pet has consumed, please reach out to your local DVM or the ASPCA animal poison control for further help.

The ticks are out in full force! The groomers have pulled quite a few off of dogs in the last few days. Just a reminder to check your dog thoroughly after being outside and speak with your vet about prevention.

This is Paco. I come to his home and his mom helps me cut his nails about every 5 to 6 weeks. I visited him this past week for his nail trim and he and his mom gifted me this wonderful candle in celebration of RVT month. Made my day and my heart smile. ❤️ Thank you 😃🐾🐾
