Introducing dwarf and both standard size from These beautiful and energetic girls are such sweethearts are already stealing the show with their insane speed during playtime and beyond cuteness overload. One second they are in front of you and the next on the other side of the cage bouncing on their spring legs.

One of the most common illnesses in rats is respiratory illness. In the rescue world, it's rare to hear of them never having had at least one bought during their lifespan. Less common in the ethical breeding world where they focus on health and temperament. To acclimate rats to a highly likely need for antibiotics, I start "treat" feeds via syringe for all rats so that if/when they become sick, they are already used to this method and take it willingly. As you can see by Cinderella and her siblings. Chocolate ensure seems to be a fan favorite and hides the bitter flavour of most meds. I love watching their little grabby paws hold the syringe! ❤️

Not for adoption. Introducing

3 ultra cute dwarf baby boys from
I forgot how incredibly fast dwarf babies are. Lol. These boys have joined. Bones, Wolverine and Bruno and the big boys couldn't be happier. It's hilarious watching the wee ones hop allover and get piggy backs from the biggies. The bigger boys are so gentle with the littles and have all taken on the big brother roles so well.

Another awesome box with the Gorrie girls. These girls love exploring all the ew stuff and they especially love snacks. Still 9 Gorrie girls left for adoption.

Not even 24hrs. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Send used sweatshirts and sweatpants 🤣 These girls don't do "on top". They only do "inside" hides. A little redecorating and some fancy rat teeth and VOILA! Fancy rat home improvement. 🤣 Gorrie girl edition.

Happy Easter everyone! With my daughter's help, we picked trees as given names for the new arrivals. Introducing Cypress, Pine, Oak, Rowan, Pistachio, Bamboo and Spruce (in order of the photos). These are baby boys that came from Only Rowan, Bamboo and Spruce aren't reserved yet. The other 5 boys not pictured went to two homes this weekend. These white boys are so chill! Very loving like the Gorrie boys. Actually even more so. They already fall asleep in your arms at 8 weeks old ❤️ Rowan is still shy but he's starting to come out of his shell.

The boys love their sunflower in a pot hide from They all scambled to get inside at the same time. Bruno was not pleased that Bones made it in before him and proceeded to sit on top 😂 Wolverine waited his turn and had it all to himself eventually. Definitely another awesome box for these spoiled boys.

Another sad day. Most was 3.5 weeks shy of her 3rd birthday. This morning she crossed the rainbow bridge. When I went to feed them breakfast this morning, I noticed her at the door already. She looked like she couldn't get comfortable and almost jumped into my arms. She didn't want to eat breakfast. Not even her favorite whip cream treat. She just wanted to snuggle with me. If I put her down, she climbed back on me. She was telling me it was time. She'd lost weight in the past month and no matter how much I gave her, she couldn't keep it on. She grew slower and slower. Had trouble recognizing food even. She crossed peacefully and joined her sister . She was the last dwarf left in my mischiefs.
