Such sweet boys and girls! These pics are from 2 weeks ago on their 1 month birthday. They've changed so much even since then. Their personalities are starting come out and they are so playful. Star, Odin, Orion and Celeste are still available after this coming weekend. Rayne, Myles, Ash, Pearl,Ren,Mellow,Fawn,Peanut, Cinderella are reserved. These are the last 2 pictures I took of my sweet Bandy-B (Bandit). He must have known he was going to pass soon. He kept snuggling up to my neck and it was like he was trying to give me kisses to say he'll be ok when he knew I was worried about him. This was early Saturday morning. He took his last breath a few hours later. How I miss my big brute. He was the biggest boy I've ever had. At his biggest, he was around 2lbs of furry love. He always greeted me at the doors and loved his scritches and snacks. The cage hasn't been the same without him. 💔🌈

Babies! These sweet babies are 4 weeks tomorrow. Can't believe how times flies. The girls are reserved but there are 5 super adorable boys still available for adoption. They are all super playful and love attention already. All the boys are rex. 2 are top eared and 3 are dumbo eared. They are a mix of Self and Berkshire. All are freaking adorable!!!

Part 1- part 2-3-4 in comments. Not sure why FB is making the colors so wonky but you get the idea. Lol
I joined another subscription club for the rats. This time the Gorrie girls got to help open it. box for May had all kinds of fun treats and toys for the girls. The dandelion pod and marshmallow stick was their favorite and by the next morning, I couldn't find a trace of it anymore. 🤣. They loved all their goodies. There are still 14 girls available for adoption and 19 boys.

Unfortunately, due to non-payers and cancellations of transfers, I will no longer be accepting e-transfers at the time of adoption unless it's a known/previous adopter in good standing. It will need to be paid in advance or by cash. It's sad that I even have to go this route! If you can't afford a tiny adoption fee, then why are you adopting rats? I don't need the fee but it's the principle. My children are all grown almost and I spend my little bit of extra money on the rats like they are my babies. The small fee goes towards food and supplies and ensures they don't become snake food.

@crazycrittertoys box opening! A bit late since my hubby was being thoughtful and helping out boxes away. So helpful that he forgot to tell me where he put it. 😂. A little backwards but finally got around to opening the December ratty box which was stuck with UPS due to the postal strike. Thank god that's over! My ratties missed their @therattybox A couple cages got to enjoy their spoils. First was the toddler/teen boys. They are getting used to noises lol. Next was the new babies! They all have their eyes open and LOVE exploring every new thing I put in their cage. Intros of toddlers to teens. The bitty boys will be 6 weeks on Monday and the big boys will be 12 weeks. Intros went great. They will be moving to their large double critter nation while waiting for adoption in the next few weeks. @jennys_sweet_rats I spy a little boy for someone special. 😉 There's 2 of the bitty boys for Theresa. Silver, Keenu and Grizzly are staying here. They are such good boys that they will teach other rescues how to rat and love humans too. And with a several of my own old boys who have passed throughout the year, I never want to be without friends for my own mischief. 1yr old boys cage. All these boys are now a year or about to turn 1 yr old. #shadow is such an attention hog. If I'm petting another rat and he's on the other side of the top play area, he RUNS all the way down to get the pets. He's always climbing over his cage brother Cinder. Poor Cinder just lays there and takes it. Lol (both from @georgian_bay_rattery ) Even #kiwi and #tigger are no match for Shadow's obsession with affection. I have to pick them up and walk away from the cage so they can get pet. These babies are the cutest! I know. I always say that. Lol I love this age. They are exploring everything like their @therattybox items and zip around so quickly that half the time you don't know where they went. They are getting more and more used to being handled. They bounce around like little rabbits when excited. Only a few more weeks until they are ready for their forever homes. Can't believe they are going to be 5 weeks this Tuesday. We separated boys and girls this weekend. Mom was done with mom-ing. Lol She kept running away to a hammock to try to sleep alone and babies always found her and were still trying to nurse. Another super cute @therattybox for Halloween! This time with the babies! Don't worry. This pen is their cage cleaning pen because they are so tiny and I don't want to accidentally miss anyone.
