talking to you, learning the language. Reading your pets body language. Control space with no touch. Proper corrections, disciplining and praising. It’s all about timing. Decibel level and using the proper tones. Positive reinforcement. Not treat oriented? No problem (I would rather not train with treats) Knowing when/ how to lean off treats. Work with your dog, not against them. Learn how to use what they like to get them to do what you want. Food, people, and animal aggression. Behavioral problems

Knowledge is power. Know your breed of choice and do your research. Loose leash walking: collars VS harness. Which one is right for my dog? Never ask your pet for respect, take it. Your dog WILL take advantage of you if you allow it. Always follow through with any type of command. Training with a long-term focus

A well balanced dog should be exercised, socialized and mentally stimulated. Behaviours such as digging, begging, barking, jumping, and destructive Behavior can be rectified with the proper techniques. There is no effective “one size fits all” approach to pet training. I offer and encourage simple techniques that set both you and your pet for success.

Got to meet Bear for some behavioral issues. Turns out he is very submissive but does require/ need his own space. We all do! A few pointers on reading body language is all we needed. Plus 10 year old Olivia has game!! Lol

This is Kai, our 9 year old Bully X. I am always talking about the importance of giving your dog a job. In this video you can clearly see what she is doing to help out and she loves it (my lazy butt loves it too lol). You can also observe that she gets distracted but quickly completes her task. All dogs need a job. The more they stay at home, it is important to still work their minds and bodies during the pandemic. There are many types of jobs. Whether it's carrying a backpack on a walk or fetching a ball. It helps boost their self-esteem to feel like they're contributing to their pack. Rather than giving everything out for free, most dogs are much happier having a job to do ... If your dog is getting into trouble and doing things he or she should not, it might be time to give your dog more jobs to do.

I had the pleasure of working with Beau and family. Beau has a bit of separation anxiety and is in love with cat food lol. A few tricks to curb the unwanted behavior. I must admit, you guys were pretty much there, the only thing missing was a bit of physical exercise. Who can blame you with these frigid temperatures. When there is a problem, there is always a solution. Check out the quick video in the comments!!

Well that was fun... FOR EVERYONE!!! Dizzy unfortunately just lost her brother and started becoming destructive ( can't blame her, she's only 7 months old) so we introduced a new hobby to keep everyone busy. Quick side note, biking with your dog feels like you're on top of the world but please make sure you know what you are doing and please be mindful of the temperature, that asphalt can get really hot. . Another great evening!! Thanks guys.

Well hey there, I know I've been MIA with a baby at home and this whole covid19 situation BUT I am back in business!

First training session was with Gunnar, a 6 months old GSP who is actually very mature for his age, very smart and (comes with the territory) very stubborn lol. What a great pup with an awesome family who have their work cut out for them. Keep at it guys, you will do fine and after the hard work comes so much fun.
