After two days without a phone we finally found it yesterday afternoon in the hay hut. Yesterday was our Christmas so I didn't catch up on messages but have gotten to everyone this morning I believe.

My name is Cassandra , I have 23 years of experience in the industry. I am currently accepting clients who wish to stay on no more then an 8 weeks schedule. Durning the month of January I Will take on overdue dogs when time permits, however to move forward with my service an appropriate schedule for your dog must be met!

I offer Nail+ appointments. Call ahead $20 and involves a quick look over and an extra service, ears, dremmel, quick brush. What is offered depends on what the groomer sees a need for. What is offered may depend on animals temperament. Special handling is considered an extra service.

Please note. I do not work on aggressive dogs.

Dogs not seen all winter will not be accepted back in the spring.

Unfortunately my genetics have caught up with me and I've developing severe arthritis in my fingers. I run a low volume one groomer shop servicing between 4-6 dogs and day. I pride myself in working with your dogs best intrests in mind, provide a nice finished product and value the relationships I hold with both dogs and people a like.

Average out time is 2 hours. Small dogs starting at $75+tx. Mini doodles $120, labs $70, Yorkie $65, pugs and like dogs $50, bulldogs $60

I also offer economy cuts. Which is a short length ALL over. These cuts on well behaved dogs can go longer between groom and MAY see a cheaper price point then their longer same sized counter parts.

Prices fluctuate depending on matting and temperament. I work for the dogs, I cannot leave a matted dogs long. If you want a long cut in the winter your dog be seen more often in the winter not less!

I require a 48 hour notice for cancelation. Failure to provide enough notice will see a non negotiable fee from $25 too 100% of the groom price depending on notice given. No showing your appointment will see an invoice equal to the amount of you groom payable prior to rescheduling.

Dogs are due to be picked up at time of completion. Failure to pick up in an appropriate time frame will see an extra charge, I give a generous head up. If you need more then a 20 minutes please let me know. I am open by appointment only so when I'm done my last dog I close down. In January I'm hoping to close around 3-3;30 depending on the day as I scraped the 2:00 for the winter.

The shop is slowly coming back to life after a short break!

You guys made this Christmas rush the most enjoyable I have had in awhile. I was fully booked but not over booked, and beside some equipment issues at the start, the month turned out wonderfully!

Currently accepting new clients under 50lbs who have been seen by a professional groomer in the last 12 weeks but wish to stay on no more then and 8 week schedule

Please note I do NOT work with aggressive dogs.

48 hours notice will be needed this year to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so could see a rebooking fee of up to 100% of the alotted appointment cost payable prior to rebooking. To avoid additional cost please ensure you are giving enough notice.

Dogs who wait all winter to be groomed(aka spring) will not be taken back. Maintenance is key to long and fluffy in the winter! Matting DOESN'T keep your dogs warm!

Friendly reminder. Haircut dogs kept LONGER in the winter need to be seen MORE often! Not less ..

I have had 3 calls this week wanting to push appointments because of the cold. Dogs need to be kept in good condition to maintain long fluffy cuts. I can not produce long cuts on matted dogs... if you push your appointments you risk having a naked dog mid winter.

Please keep no more then an 8 week schedule. Dogs prone to matting should be seen monthly.

Cancelation list started but so far there's been no notice for missed appointments just no shows. Fell free to message to see if last minute availability is available. If I don't get back to you it's not.
