Sarah has been coaching humans and their pet dogs for the last 4 years using positive reinforcement methods to help pet parents raise balanced, calm and happy pets.
Sarah has worked with over 100 dog breeds from all different walks of life. From rescues, aggressive, and trick dogs, Sarah works on obtaining a bond and then making lasting behaviour changes.
In 2017 Sarah discovered Trick Training as a way to heal traumatized rescue dogs – one of which is now her own pride and joy! Rebound was a level 4 (Out of 5) biter; today Rebound is Sarah’s demonstration companion and sidekick!
We'll be sharing our training and activity plan shortly with you all! Sarah has already started one-on-one's with some of the dogs. If you have any questions or need assistance with a certain problem, send us a message and we'll develop tailored solutions for your situation together!

Maple Meadows Dog Training and Service Animals work hard to merge programs to fit the exact needs of every client and dog at no additional cost. "Happy clients and wagging tails", is our motto, and we work hard to achieve this for everyone no matter the length of any programs including workshops. One on one private lessons if requested, has no additional payment. However, this excludes workshops as they are meant for team building.
Service Dogs can be trained and officially certified through this organization from birth to graduating our Service Dog program. In addition,, Maple Meadows raises and trains service dogs, however, to be matched with one of our dogs, it may take more time. There is also an option of training your family dog. We aid our clients from finding a prospect dog, clients whom don’t know where to start, and clients in need of finishing the final stages of training.
Types of service dogs we train:
Mobility assistance dogs, psychiatric service dogs, therapeutic reading dogs, autism support dogs, and guide dogs (coming soon).
Our only requirements to participate in Maple Meadows' programs, are to see a copy of veterinary papers and the “Bordertella” vaccine (protects "Kennel Cough"). This vaccine is mandatory to ensure all our animals are safe. In case of reaction, please wait 48 hours before joining a class with us. We promise that your slot will not be lost or given to someone else.
