Epic Tails Canine Adventures offers a variety of pet services to help you provide a full and enriched life for your beloved dog! From offleash group hikes, to an assortment of dog training programs, we offer services that will help enhance your pup's daily life and provide them with the skillsets to thrive. We pride ourselves on utilizing force free, reward based methods, and keeping up with the l

atest scientific research on dog training and animal welfare. Our goal, with all of our services, is to build a fun and rewarding relationship with pup and handler. Teaching your pup that engaging with their handler is the most rewarding choice will help to set them up for success!

Email [email protected] to register, or DM the page! Puppy Socialization (must be 9-16 weeks), Basic Life Skills (14 weeks and older), Advanced Life Skills, & Tricks Class (must have a foundation course for Advanced and Tricks).
Classes run 6 weeks and are held at Ace It Canine Academy (just outside of Spryfield). All classes are 190$+hst.

Jackie and her devoted people have made amazing progress. Jackie is very comfortable providing a chin rest with duration while her person moves the eye drop bottle towards her face. Jackie has some health issues that will require regular treatment so her devoted people sought out some private training to work on cooperative care. Here is Jackie demonstrating a beautiful chin rest behaviour that, in the future, she can use to tell her people that she’s ready for treatment! We will slowly progress to having Jackie’s people put their hands on Jackie’s face - all at a pace that Jackie is comfortable with (and supported by lots of cheese rewards). Tonight two of our advanced life skills teams practiced the super cool skill of taking a breath on a cue. Watch for Finley’s big black nose flares and Zelda’s lips balloon out as she takes in the deep breath. Being able to take a breath on a cue is one of the important steps in helping our dogs relax. Benny has some excellent recall around his gorgeous property. But he enjoys himself outside so much that, when called inside, he was avoiding coming all the way through the door. Catherine spent time with his fantastic owners and we played some games with Benny to make coming inside (and sometimes going back outside!) rewarding. Look at this progress after only a few days!
