The shop has been a mess lately, and it's definitely not good for my sanity (or my health!). But don't worry — I’ve perfected a foolproof 5-step method for tidying up… and I’m going to share it with you for FREE!
Step 1: Vacuum like you mean it.
Step 2: Realize the hose isn’t even connected. 🤦♀️
Step 3: Actually attach the hose.
Step 4: Triple-check that maybe you’ll vacuum for real this time. 🤷♀️
Step 5: See Step 1.
Who else can relate to these ‘super efficient’ cleaning methods? 🙋♀️
"I had so much fun sponsoring the AAC National Championship this year.
Not going to lie, it was really nerve racking coming into an unfamiliar space as a newbie vendor & young brand. But my worries were completely unfounded – there were so many friendly faces, talented dogs, and helpful volunteers! It was inspiring to see the teamwork and communication between the dogs and handlers during every run. We’re proud to have been a part of such an amazing event and to support the Canadian agility community.
A huge congratulations to all the competitors! Can’t wait to be back next year!"

Our upcoming Modular Feet provide all the versatility of extra elevation without sacrificing stability!
In this video, Danielle added elevation using rubber bowls. However, not only did she need to stand on the platform to keep it from flipping over, but the added weight caused the bowls to bend. Now, with modular feet, Danielle can add elevation without worrying about the platform’s stability, letting her and Lotus focus on the exercise. 🤓

Danielle and Lotus are training for their first-ever Rally Obedience trial. While working on “Call Front Finish Right,” Lotus took a well-earned break to roll in some. 💩😂
Not only are Danielle and Lotus competing at the CARO Trial this weekend at @aceitcanineacademy_, but Wiggle Butts will also have a booth set up and is sponsoring the event!
Spectators are welcome, but please leave your dogs at home.
One of the biggest benefits of supporting a small business is the meticulous quality assurance that goes into every order. 🧐
After Danielle finishes in the workshop, she thoroughly examines each item to ensure it arrives just as it should. If anything is amiss, it’s right back to the workshop! If the issue is purely cosmetic and unfixable, these imperfect yet fully functional pieces are never wasted—they are either donated to local rehab organizations or offered at a discount.
Our Imperfect Collection is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates! 👀
If your dog loves digging, you can use some simple classical conditioning to make learning to use the scratchboard easier and more enjoyable!
Whenever your dog feels the urge to dig, pair the behaviour with a verbal cue, like “dig,” and generously reward them. Your dog will eventually associate the cue with the behaviour. 🔗
Next time you bring out a scratchboard to file down those long nails, try using this cue! With enough practice and patience, your dog will start enthusiastically digging away on the scratchboard.
It's already Week 5 of the @sitstaysquat April Fitness Challenge! After 4 weeks of exciting challenges, Lotus is ready for a little break. She'll be Sitting and Staying while Danielle does a little squaaaaht. 🏋️♀️
In this exercise, Lotus is practicing a sit/stay. By using a platform, Danielle indicates a place for Lotus to sit, even from a significant distance. Having an obvious target helps Lotus practice impulse control, preventing her from feeling the need to interrupt Danielle’s leg day workout.
Now that week 5 is over, it’s time to kick back and relax. 😎
What was your favourite challenge this month?
It's Week 4 of the @sitstaysquat April Fitness Challenge! This week's challenge is Spin/Circle. In this video, Danielle and Lotus practice half-turns on a platform.
By stacking a standing platform on top of two rubber bowls, Danielle gives Lotus enough elevation to signal that her paws should stay on the platform throughout the exercise.
This exercise is great for improving balance and coordination and can be made even more challenging by attempting a full 360-degree turn - something Lotus is still practicing! 🤓💪
It's Week 3 of the @sitstaysquat April Fitness Challenge! This week's challenge is Sidestep. In this video, Danielle and Lotus practice the intermediate form of Pivot + Step Up. 😁
Here, Danielle has positioned two Balance Bars in an inverted “V” shape around an elevated target — in this case, a rubber bowl. Lotus then stands between the Balance Bars with her front feet on the elevated target and moves her back feet to the platforms one at a time.
The use of Balance Bars is particularly helpful, especially for beginners, as the extra length prevents the dog from missing the target, either by stepping in front or behind it. This also avoids errors in posture caused by incorrect foot placement.
It's Week 2 of @sitstaysquat April Fitness Challenge! This week's challenge is Back Up. Here, Danielle and Lotus will be practicing Back Up to Target. 💪
In this video, Danielle starts by having Lotus back up to a standing platform with a wide surface area to help Lotus succeed before increasing the criteria. She then makes it more challenging for Lotus with a Sitting Platform and, finally, a Balance Bar.
Using platforms allows Danielle to communicate and strengthen Lotus' back-end awareness by ensuring precise and accurate movements. The smaller targets mean Lotus moves back in a straight line rather than veering off to the side. 👏
*These exercises can be done without a platform, but using platforms can help your dog understand where you want their limbs in space.
It’s Week 1 of Sit Stay Squat April Fitness Challenge! This week’s challenge is Sit to Stand.💪
If you have already mastered Sit to Stand, check out Sit Stay Squat for Level 2 tutorials on how to do a Rock Back Sit and a Tuck Sit.*
In this video, using a Balance Bar for the front paws combined with a Sitting Platform makes it easier to communicate what sort of movements Danielle wants from Lotus. Placing the Balance Bar further away from the Sitting Platform encourages Lotus’ front paws to go back for the Rock Back Sit, and putting the platforms closer together encourages the back paws to come forward for the Tuck Sit.💡
*These exercises can be done without a platform, but using platforms can help your dog understand where you want your limbs in space.
At Wiggle Butts, we offer custom sizing. Here, Danielle is sanding one of our biggest platform orders to date!
This custom platform is a whopping 30" x 30" 🤯
Our recent investment in the Craftex CX505 Edge Belt Sander from @busybeetools was a tremendous help in getting the job done. Since it is far more ergonomic than a handheld orbital sander, Danielle can fabricate platforms comfortably and more efficiently!
