Ticks are still outside. Just because it gets a little cooler out does not mean the ticks disappear. It is reccomended that you treat your animals year round : cats and dogs. Even in the winter time because our seasons are so mild.
This engorged tick was pulled off of a cat today, that normally goes outside in the backyard.
Did you know cats cannot get lyme disease? That being said, kitties can bring these ticks in your home and they can fall off and bite you!
