This "little" boy will be in rescue tomorrow. He's only 16 months old, 136 pounds and his name is Tiny. :) We will post more on Tiny's personality and family requirements when he's done with his assessment with his foster family.

Returned after 4 years, can Poppy find her furever home? 🥹

Poppy has been back in care for a few months. Shes polished up her skills, having fun with her foster siblings (3 dogs) and ready for her family.

Poppy is 5 years old, 50lbs and about medium energy.

Poppy lives off of belly rubs, butt scratches & naps. She currently enjoys daily pack walks with dog friends as her foster is a dog walker. After that, she’s pretty chill at home. Couch potato vibes.

Poppy is better suited for outside of the downtown core. But we’re open to hear about your neighbourhood and living situation to see if she’s a good fit for someone interested. If you can take her to some green space for fun times, it might work!

Poppy has both a young spirit and mature energy. She has beautiful long legs and a perfect nose for booping. Whippet or sight hound lovers — she’s your type!

Reminder that rifle season starts today in Nova Scotia so it’s time to get your orange on! Make sure both you and your pup are wearing hunter’s orange in the woods! Stay on the marked trails and keep your dog on leash! Avoid hiking at dawn and dusk when visibility is poor. The season is from today until December 6th.
