Just in!! Finally at 100g Rhino Pony Plus - And with superior (in my opinion) V-Front!
I have had inquiries about 100g HWI pony blankets - so when I saw this I got some in to trial.
I love Rhinos as they cover the have between Amigo affordability and Rambo strength. 60”-69”. Limited stock but I can add more, if anyone is interested, to my next shipment.

The Amigo Bravo 12 0g Disc Front is a nice change from all the blue and black we’ve been seeing. Kelly and I both discussed how it’s nice to have different colours so we know who we’re looking at from a distance. Not only will Sophie be dry in the rain but with her 100g liner in place, she’ll have a little extra warmth when she needs it. Thank you Kelly!

Ugh winter go away 🥶 Hoping this is the last cold snap!
My Blanket strategy throughout the winter for my guys is to have a 250 g turn out with a hood and a 100 g high neck wug.
I like this combination because the high neck style covers the section where the hood meets on the 250 g turn out and doesn’t add extra wither pressure like adding another regular turnout would. Plus the 100g wug is perfect for spring and fall days.

Happy New Blanket Day to Marci and Louisa!! 🐎
Louisa is sporting the updated version of Machos Rambo Supreme 250g w/Varilayer, in 1680D in Navy - with Burgundy (more of a mauve) and dusty blue trim which is very flattering. Also available in 0g. And I must say looks oh so ooh la la on Louisa!

Are Rambo’s worth it? I get asked this often.
I got this Rambo 1000D over 10 years ago back when I first became a Horseware Ireland dealer for my blanket destroyer to test that actual question. Macho is the 3rd horse to wear it. It is still 100% waterproof through multiple washes without re- waterproofing it and you can see it still is insulating as it should.
So are they worth it? My experience say “Hell yeah” lol

Happy New Blanket Day to George and Sparrow!!

George was having problems with his current blanket. His original front 84” fit him perfectly every where, until he started moving….In his mom’s words “when he gets moving around his shoulders come busting out!lol”. After a bit of discussion, and with no need for a hood, I suggested the Rhino Wug which has the V-Front wrap around fit vs the classic front style.
The next day I received this :
“It worked!! Thank you so much, he wore it all night and is still snug as a bug in a Wug 😁”

And Sparrows mom Caitlin send me this wonderful photo yesterday! She said Ella and Sparrow love their Amigo Bravo 12 Pony Plus, and not only does it fit to a t, but it keeps her warm and cozy despite the elements
