We are going through some changes at Glanbrook! We will be transitioning our clinic to a new software next week. What does this mean for our clients and patients? Well, we might need more patience during this time while we all learn the new software. Making appointments might take longer, emails and reminders will look different and while all your file information will transfer over, we will not have any saved credit card information on file for the time being. We will do our best to learn the new system as quickly as possible to continue serving our Glanbrook family smoothly. Thank you for your patience during this time!

We will be closed Monday, February 17 for Family Day. We will reopen Tuesday, February 18 with our normal hours, 8am to 6pm. We are open tomorrow, Saturday, February 15, if you need to pick up any food or medication. Please contact the Hamilton Region Emergency Vet Clinic (905-529-1004) if you have an emergency while we are closed.

She loves to spend time outside whenever she can. She enjoys thrifting and antiquing, and always finds the most fun vintage items. You can find her up front at our reception desk most of the time. Dr. Heather sent our creative Crystal down to San Pedro, Belize to paint murals for the shelter! With the new shelter built (hooray!), the outdoor dog kennels face one of the walls of the building.
