For the love of dogs
Hi :) Thank You for taking some time to consider an in home based dog care for your cherished family member. As an avid animal lover, I am constantly looking for friendlier and healthier ways to spread my love of animals with other people. My dogs and cats are beloved members of our family, so I know if you have found my page, you too are looking for a home away from home for you sweet baby. It’s a daunting task to find good, caring animal lovers that you can trust, so I am here to tell you a little about myself and why I began this business years ago.
Jasmine, a stunning black pomeranian, is my first dog after graduating university. I was waiting for her before she was even born. I felt like I was expecting a child, and as it turns out I was! I followed her gestation and her birth from constant communication from the breeder. I followed her through daily and weekly pictures until I could finally bring her home. Jasmine is THE reason for my deep, deep love of dogs. She and I lived in a little apartment, with our kitten Prada, until we married the love of our lives (my husband now, haha). We became a family of four and moved into our first home together. It was complete happiness. Jasmine was a tough puppy to train initially, but she taught me patience, and love. It is through all these teachings, I have a profound love of dogs and it is all thanks to this beautiful, good girl. Jasmine is now almost 12, and the love of my life.
After a few losses of new puppies we tried adding to our family, through sickness, we had our share of terrible lows. Again Jasmine was my main source of affection and constant love. No matter how upset I was over the loss, I still had Jasmine to love and care for, and she was my best friend through it all. Licks and snuggles galore :) One last attempt to add a new puppy, we brought Maverick home just before Christmas one year.
Maverick, a chocolate merle pomeranian, came to us through the same breeder as Jasmine. That breeder heard my heartache with two pommy boys lost, and said she had the perfect puppy waiting for a home. He was already 14 weeks, which is old for a puppy to find a home. We saw his picture and fell in love in an instant! We picked him up and the rest is history. Maverick is a lover... all he wants is to be held or at least touching you somehow, and he is content. He gives us laughs and affection everyday and will be turning 7 this year. I can not imagine our lives without little Maverick.
