Primo pads:

All emails have been sent out. Some were duplicates. Shopify has glitched and some did not get sent. I have no way of knowing. Some people didn't have emails or contact included on their orders. So they may not have been contacted if I wasn't able to track them down.

All Tiffany blue pads arrived in the wrong colour. They sent tan instead. We've been working with Primo to get this fixed asap. As this was their error and not ours, we are doing the best we can to sort through the mistakes and contact everyone. The standard colours have arrived and are here. Email [email protected] if you haven't received an email.

Pick up for standard colours is in Hammond's plains and I need a day's notice for pick up so I can leave it outside. I am not around on weekends.

When I have time, tan pads will be listed for sale on the website at a discount. There are a ton of them. Please do not message us about available stock. Watch this page for updates or check the website. If they show as available to purchase then they are in stock.

I will no longer be bringing orders to dog shows or other events. All orders must be picked up at their respective locations.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I have recently sustained a pretty severe concussion on top of a pre existing permanent brain injury for which I've been in treatment for years. Doing the best I can given the circumstances and matt being deployed. We expected this giant order to have been sorted out before he deployed but it arrived afterwards and was very delayed.
