All our items are sourced from local farms/butcher shops, hand washed (with only water) and air dried or freeze dried without adding anything ever! No chemicals, dyes or preservatives.

We are still remaining closed at the point due to life still being chaotic with the farm and upcoming shows

We have decided to close the retail location until March 1

We have found it challenging with the snow finding a plow company that can be consistent for us

We are now offering custom dehydrating!

Bring us your raw product and we will dry it for you

Cost:
$1/lb raw and $10/day for drying
If we have to wash/cut/prep anything you are charged hourly so we recommend you doing it before hand

Fill the dehydrator (50-100lbs raw) or fill one tray it’s the same cost. More product you have the more you save in the long run 🙂
