Drug my ass for 2 months to complete my deer mount stand and base. Picked away at it here and there but kept removing stuff and then adding stuff. Almost all the pieces for this mount was acquired down where I shot my big guy so it's about as authentic as I can get! Beyond happy with for completing my beauty! Thanks Nick for all your wonderful knowledge and putting up with my insistent questions about everything haha. I may or may not have cried after I picked up my mount, because to see him again was a whirlwind of emotions. I'm beyond happy with how this whole mount looks. Big thanks to the Hubs for helping me here and there with it and giving me your input. (One of the coolest parts of my tree is there was a natural notch that fits my 6.5 shell perfectly!!! 😍

Bahahaha and I thought my moose leg table or my deer leg gun rack were the coolest things...nope these Buck Chucks are!!! Haha!!! Huge thanks to my pops for welding up the nunchuck part of it and attaching the legs. I sent him a picture of buck chucks and I think he nailed it!!! So friggin happy with these!

Finally finished my second glass rhinestone Roe deer. Pictures and videos don't do these beauties any justice with how much they sparkle!! Definitely had lots of fun doing these! $300 each or both for $500!!

Finally sent home this big brute today. Probably hands down my hardest skull. It didn't wanna cooperate at all. Horn sheaths went mushy and then didn't wanna come off, skull was fragile even before doing any work to it, not sure if it had some deficiencies or what....but I pushed through even though I wanted to go give up so many times haha but my momma ain't raised no quitter!! Lol 😂. The client was super happy and so am I!

Another beautiful day out doing what I love...... Another 3 hours and 5km logged. Found my first big moose paddle! Found this brute half an hour into my walk, so carried that heavy bitch for 2.5 hours haha. Found some other goodies along the way and just enjoyed being outside, in nature where I'm the absolute happiest. Me and Cinniah did 4kms and 2.5 hours yesterday and only found 2 small sheds but that's okay! Even finding one shed is totally worth the hours. It's so nice to see the buds on the trees and the crocuses blooming. I can feel the winter depression melting away!! Lol! God that seemed like the longest stretch of sh*tty mental health..... Here's to many more beautiful shed hunting/outdoor days!! 🥰
