He a great dog. Shows a lot of potential .

GUINNESS is a 10 month old lab mix who was found as a stray in April of this year. He was very friendly but VERY thin. He does not have any medical concerns, is neutered and fully vaccinated for this year.
He has been staying with a local trainer for a few months as he has a bite history when it comes to food. At this time it is thought that he is just prone to grabbing at food, vs. guarding it or true food aggression. His trainer is working on that and making very good progress.
Guinness will do best in a home with an experienced dog owner, someone who can give him a LOT of exercise, and who is committed to attending some follow up sessions with his trainer.
He seems to get along well with other animals, but he is not a gentle playmate...we would recommend no young children, tiny dogs, or kittens (adult cats who are dog savvy would possibly be ok).
This pup has tons of potential in the right home. He has lots of love to give, but he is still learning how to be a gentleman.

Starting on August 1, all dogs entering the U.S. (including those that left the U.S. and are returning, and regardless of the country they are coming from) must be:
• healthy upon arrival
• at least 6 months of age
• microchipped
• accompanied by a CDC Dog Import Form receipt and required vaccination and veterinary documents.

Additional requirements may apply depending on where the dog has been in the last 6 months and whether or not the dog was vaccinated in the United States.
