Throwback to some of my barn cleaning gigs I've done ! :D

Man sometimes I blow myself away, thinking of everything I've done. So let's list it out:

I have cleaned and organized so many front rooms, tack rooms, feed rooms, basements, garages and sheds, I can't even remember them all!
I have pressure washed, lifted mats and cleaned out entire barns to get them ready for spring
Cleaned out lofts and gotten rid of old hay
Helped out people who's life just became hectic and they needed a hand getting their barns back in order
I have helped build shelters, fences and stalls
I have gutted so many coops, goat/sheep pens and got them all nice and fluffy again
I have organized blankets! There's always mountains of them lol
I have painted rooms, garage doors, feeders ect
I have also helped with insulating indoors, and cleanup jobs after contractors

When I say there's nothing you can throw at me that I haven't seen.... well it's very rare if I haven't done it at this point !

Willing to take on day jobs or longer bookings. Also offer a discount to farm sitting clients for extra work wanting to get done !!!

We have some sheath cleaning requests to lower travel for all involved! I am looking for barns/places in the following areas

Hamilton (April or May)
London(April or May)
Arthur (April 15th-21st)

If you or anyone you know need their boys sheath cleaning in these areas, or on the way, give me a shout ! The more people I get on a single route, the lower the travel is for all involved.

It is the start of SHEATH CLEANING SEASON !! let's get them boys clean lol.

In the spirit of upcoming spring, I have some dates available for sheath cleaning

❗1. April 10th around MONCTON NB. Must be flexible with times, as I'm coming from a farm sitting job that day ❗am also willing to do some on the way home (Trans Canada)

❗2. Starting on the 15th of April, I have for sure a week available for sheath cleaning in ONTARIO. ❗more dates available later, but this week for sure

Cost is $40/horse plus travel
Travel cost can be lowered/split for multiple people in a barn/area
10+horses are at $35/horse

BARN CLEANING "PROJECT THREAD"

Now here was a big job! This barn wasn't used often, but during an event on the farm, needed cleaning to put all of the animals in here for the weekend

If I remember there were about 14 stalls. Some had been used for storage, 2-3 were used as pig stalls, and the rest were full of spider 🕷 webs (from floor to ceiling !!! Gah I hated it!)

I cleaned them out, decobwebbed, dusted, washed windows and barns, cleaned and organized the middle section of the barn, and then bedded each stall :)

I then was in charge of the care of all animals (horses, donkeys, cows, pigs ect) during this weekend event! Feeding, mucking and giving tours to people

It was a lot of hard work but worth it in the end! I took a barn that needed some TLC to get it back to having animals in it again, to a functioning building on the property again :)

Here's a big job I did this summer! This was a Gulley that was a drain for a pond, and had been there for many years

My job? Dig out all the rocks, dig out the dirt and build up the sides a bit, and then put the rocks back nicely together

So, was it in a barn? No 😅 but that doesn't mean I won't do it! :D

Just send me a shout ! I work in all weathers (unless the air hurts 🙃 "frostbite ⚠️ warning level" I ain't no pansy)
