Our rider level camp last week was a busy week full of learning. Some came for days of learning and we had 4 athletes successfully pass their evaluation. Thank you to Angela for coming and testing our riders.

Yesterday’s weather turned out to be perfect for the 3rd shoreline show.
It was a busy day with 65 entries, 150 trips, 9 flats, 2 turnouts classes and a novelty which earned the winner $70!
Congratulations to competitors.

This Sunday will be our next show at Parkeridge Stable. Please have all entries in by 8pm Thursday! 😇

⏱️ Show starts promptly at 9am.

Jumper warm ups will be in the morning prior to the show start.

After jumper divisions we will have a quick tear down of the ring and a set up for the hunter divisions in the afternoon.

Walk/Trot divisions will then run with Novelty class following them.

There will then be a very brief warm up in the ring for the afternoon riders. A minute or two each to get over something your coach thinks might be tricky for you. 😉

Warm up fences will be available in the indoor arena for use throughout the day.

Novice & Hunter Divisions will not start before noon for those trying to orchestrate arrival times.

There will not be a formal lunch break during the show.

We will have our BBQ going with lots of options for folks with some sweet treats too!

Great week at Caledon 2. We had a wild lightning storm, tornado warnings, sunny beautiful days, one day of rain and a power outage.
On top of all our champions division winners 🙏….
Bryce was 8th in her 2’6 hunter derby placing over fences b eq
Olivia and Sedona moved up to 2’6 hunters getting a 6th and also moved I wr to the dark side …..jumpers! They were stars. And maybe hooked! Finishing their week with a 7th in derby!
Ella also brought home a 2nd in derby with a score of 97!
Paige did an excellent with her young horse Roo. The improvement from last show was awesome to see. These two have a bright future together. Brining young horses up is so rewarding 😊
Cora won her c eq on flat and ribbons in o/f. Her exciting experience this week was doing mini Prix in the Grand Prix ring. CB was a bit nervous to the first fence but Cora campaigned him well and got him through the course.

Second day didn’t disappoint these kids and horses/ponies! beyond my expectations! Tucker and Turtle placing in both over fences and winning his flat! Sedona is in her jam when horse showing 3rd and 7th. Roo was such a brave baby and got a second in his flat.
The grit I witness today was like no other. I am so beyond proud of everyone’s riding with their young horses and new rides. ❤️

What a great first day at caledon silver 1!
Our crew buckled up and rode hard for the first day of equitation . Paige and Roo(first show ever), Olivia and Senona first time in A Eq Flat both made the final flat call with their young horses! Tucker and Turtle first together show, placing 3rd in the C eq flat!. Cora riding Cover Boy in his ‘scary’ indoor finishing 3rd and 4th in o/f C eq.
