Hiring two positions

1. Part Time stable hand position 12-15 hours per week.

Available immediately

Candidate will possess at minimum these skills:
- Horse handling experience; ideally in a boarding barn
- Be reliable and dependable
- Lift 50+lbs

Duties include but not limited to:
- Feeding
- Mucking
- Handling horses
- Holding for vet/farrier
- Tacking up
- Riding or lunging

2. Hiring a full time live in working student. This is a paid position. Looking to groom someone into a barn manager position.

Available March/April

Candidates will posses at minimum these skills:
-5+years horse experience
-Be reliable and dependable
-Want to learn and grow
-Detail oriented
-Good communication skills
-Administration skills

Duties include but not limited to:
-Feeding and turn out
-Mucking stalls
-Keeping positive professional relationships with HHE members
-Keeping a clean tidy stable
-general barn yard maintenance
-Keeping health records
Asset if candidates can: operate tractor, ride, lunge and clip

Hollow Hills is a family boarding and training facility. Focusing on Hunter/Jumper/Equitation. We have produced multiple horses and students to silver and gold level. As well as building Equine Canada coaches. We look forward to adding valuable members to our team. We are located in Hepworth, Ontario.

What a snow globe of a week! Very thankful for Troy keeping this place so kept! Digging the gates right down to the gravel and blowing paths so the horses can safely and easily get to the water and hay.
