Basic housekeeping
I value each and everyone of you and I appreciate all the support I receive from you all.

Just a few rules I'm putting into place
1. 15 min grace period for drop off. If past this it's an automatic reschedule.
2. 50% charge for no shows (some exceptions may apply). I require 24 hours notice for any cancelations. This charge will be added on to your next grooming appt should you be rescheduling.
3. Any dogs that end up coming in with lice or other bugs, there will be a 15$ clean up fee added to your groom. (Cases with fleas will be send home immediately to avoid transferring).
