Working together to change the lives of 30 cats and kittens.

Our team embarked on a rescue mission yesterday, traveling over 1,000km round trip from Calgary to Hinton to assist a family overwhelmed by a growing population of stray cats. 🙀 Over the years, the family was feeding the hungry, but the numbers quickly grew out of control. 🐾

In partnership with the amazing team at Hinton & District Spay and Neuter Society - Hadsans, who set up temporary housing and started catching the cats this weekend, we were able to safely crate and transport 30 CATS back to Calgary! 🐱🚗💨 These frightened felines are now starting their journey to a brighter future. 🌟

Every one of these cats will receive the care they need: spay/neuter surgeries, vaccines, microchips, and any other medical attention required. 🏥 Our team will also work to help them feel safe and comfortable so they can find the loving forever homes they deserve. 🏡🐾

We apologize for our recent silence over the past few days. Our team has been actively engaged in transporting cats to Stony Plain for spay and neuter surgeries, organizing meet and greets for potential adoptions, and, most importantly, assisting a family facing a cat-related challenge.

A lovely couple began feeding stray cats, and over the years, they found themselves overwhelmed by the number of cats in their care. Some of these cats are quite friendly, while others are more cautious around people. On Saturday, we set up temporary housing for them, and on Sunday, we worked on capturing them.

Arrangements were made with Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society - AARCS to take in the majority of these cats, as we simply lack the resources and space to accommodate so many. On Monday, AARCS made the trip from Calgary to collect them.

As is often the case, there may be a few stragglers left behind, and we hope to manage those as well. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated volunteers, AARCS, and the family who made this effort possible. The cats are now on their way to being spayed, neutered, and living long, happy lives.

Blake (black) and Link ( grey) are two boys that have formed a bond while in foster.
They both came into care at different times and from different areas but their story is very similar. Abandoned by people and left to fend for themselves.
They are super affectionate and love people. They get along with most cats and dogs.
They don't need to be adopted together but it sure would be nice if these boys could find a forever home with each other. We also give a discount for adopting 2.

We have 8 kittens that were born October 29th and will be available for adoption the first week of February.
If you are interested in adopting one, you must complete an application in order to meet them. If you do not complete an application we will not contact you.
Please note just because you complete an application and subsequently get to meet them does not mean you will be approved for adoption.

Adoption fee is $250 for one and $350 for two.
They have never been around dogs.
We are sure they will do well with children who are well behaved around animals. We expect that you have taught your children to be responsible and respectful towards all living creatures.

Under which pet you are interested in, on the application please state "B" litter.

We want to express our gratitude to Body Wise Health and Fitness for their donation. They made a cash donation of $200 before Christmas and we are still playing catch-up on our thanks.

Earlier this week we received a call about a property with dogs and cats that are in need of help. We are already overflowing with cats and kittens and have no space left to intake any more.

We are planning a trip to this place on Thursday to assess the situation and make a plan.

We are asking for your help:
1. Foster with us
2. Donate food.
3. Volunteer with us.
4. Donate money.

We started off 2025 with far too many cats and kittens in our care and the calls for us to help come in daily, we still have cats awaiting special surgery as well as Spay and neuter surgery.

Our adoptions are extremely low, we don't have enough foster homes and our funds are always low.

We reached out to Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society and they took 15 cats and kittens for us. We are so greatful for their help.

Even with 15 gone onto another rescue we still many that need homes.

Please note if you want to meet our cats and kittens you must fill out and adoption application first.
Our organization is completely volunteer run, we all work outside of doing the rescue work.

❣️❣️UPDATE ON LENNY ❣️❣️

Lenny was taken in to be neutered shorty before the Holiday break. When he was examined, the veterinarian believes he is older than the 2 years we were told.

Exactly how old, we don't know.

What we do know is that he is in need of a dental.

They provided us with an estimate, the higher end being $1,044.17

Mom, Molly her two daughters, Maisy ( now adopted ) and Moreah are still looking for their forever homes.
These three girls are calm and friendly.
They are good with children, use to dogs and would make a great addition to a family.
