Busy Bee Miss Millie! This adorable Bernedoodle reminded me of a two year old...asking questions that she never stopped to listen to the answers. Her curiosity and innocence was infectious and filled my day with possibilities. I was also very tired and went to bed early! 🤪

The name Tucker can be associated with independence and energetic antics that make people laugh.
Tucker had a tough start in life so he is cautious and forgiving. His sweet, soulful eyes got him a new Mom that dotes on his every wish. This little fluff-monkey was a bit sensitive to the sound of the dryer so we covered up his ears with warm fleece and pinned it so he could watch me through his long hair. I love his super fluffy face before I started shaping his head into a full mustache, short beard, round head, and eye-defining eyebrows!
My favorite transformation for this sweetheart was his long scraggly tail into a fluffy and soft "squirrel" tail.

Feeling honored by all the sacrifices made on our behalf today.

"Bush Dog" is reported to be a small, elusive, wild dog of South America. Known for their short legs, webbed feet, and their strong-smelling urine, which gives them the nickname "vinegar-dog".
Leave it to Canadians to come up with their own idea of the "bush dog"...a tall doodle who smells like perfume and wears a watermelon bandana!
Winnie lives an idyllic life working in the bush with her Mom and playing "diva-dog" on the weekends.
She was a perfect Señorita for our first meeting. Her Mom brought along her bed and she was so sweet to share it with Flynn (resident kitty). Winnie bounced and dodged empty air in an effort to get Flynn's attention. Who doesn't LOVE a dog who loves cats?!

Sweet little old (15 years!!) lady Keely reminded me of my Gramma. She is currently recovering from a cruciate injury so we used the hammock to take any strain off her adorable little legs. Her people picked out her pink rose collar and I added a cute little bell so she couldn't get lost. When this precious baby got home... she ran around the yard...ok...trotted slowly and awkwardly... showing off her new haircut! Go Keely! ❤️

"Conchita Marquita Lo**ta Pepita Rosita Juanita Lopez" sang Glenn Miller in 1947. A fun little song about an Irish lad who fell in love with a Mexican beauty.

Every time Rosie comes to visit me, I sing... "Rosie, Rosita, Lo**ta, Poepita, Lopez" ...completely massacring one of my Grampa's favorite songs.

Regardless of the words, this song personifies Rosie and her family perfectly...a Handsome Dutch Lad and his Rescued Beauty! Although I think Rosie rescued "the lad" as much as he rescued her.
