Island Forge Farrier Service, formally known as McDowell’s Farrier Services, is based in Hunter River and proudly serves Prince Edward Island. My name is Mitchell McDowell and I am a Certified Farrier with the American Farrier's Association. I have over ten year of experience and have been fortunate to work and apprentice with members of the Canadian Farrier Team throughout Alberta. I have also su

ccessfully competed in numerous Farrier Competitions in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
