My family and I passed by a pet store and saw this cute brindle boxer. I always wanted a boxer but didn't have intensions of buying one that day. For some reason though, I was drawn to him. So many other people wanted him but I grabbed him and decided that Jake was going home with me today. After signing all the paperwork, I bought Jake to the vet to have him checked. I was told he had a level 3 h

eart murmur. The vet said that he shouldn't have even been sold. I went back to the store and told them this and showed the vet's report. They said that they would take him back and refund me. I asked "what would they do with Jake?" When they said that they would give him back to the breeder, that's when I told them that I would adopt him. There was no way Jake would get euthanized (because I know that's what would have happened). So Jake has a heart murmur and has became an 85 pound brindle boxer who of course my best friend. I wanted to make sure that he has the best treats ever because he deserves them since I am pretty sure I gave him the treat of life! This is where the name of my company came from - Jakers Treats.
