Here are a few Valentine’s pet safety tips to keep in mind:
🍫Keep chocolate, candy, and treats with xylitol far out of reach—they’re toxic to pets!
💐Watch out for flowers like lilies, which are especially dangerous for cats.
🕯️Be mindful of lit candles and decorations that curious paws might knock over.
🎁Secure ribbons, strings, and wrappers to avoid accidental ingestion.

Wishing you and your pets a safe and sweet Valentine’s Day!

Meet River! Our Pet of the Week! 🐶💛 This sweet pup came in for a check-up and vaccines today, but let’s be honest… the real star of the visit was the banana toy. 🍌✨

River handled everything like a champ—tail wags, curious sniffs, and just a tiny bit of bribery with treats. We’d say 10/10, vet-approved. ✅🐾

Drop a 🍌 in the comments to send River some love!

🐾 Stay Warm on Cold Walks with Your Pet! ❄️

Winter walks with your furry friend can be refreshing, but staying warm is key! Here are some tips to keep both of you cozy and comfortable:

🔥 Layer Up – Wear insulated, moisture-wicking layers, and don’t forget a hat and gloves! For your pet, consider a sweater or coat, especially for short-haired breeds.

🐾 Protect Those Paws – Ice, salt, and cold pavement can be harsh on your pet’s paws. Try dog booties or apply a pet-safe paw balm before heading out.

🚶‍♂️ Keep It Short & Sweet – On especially frigid days, opt for shorter walks with plenty of indoor playtime to keep your pet active.

💡 Stay Visible – Shorter daylight hours mean more walks in the dark. Use reflective gear for both you and your pet for added safety.

🥶 Watch for Signs of Cold Stress – Shivering, lifting paws frequently, or slowing down? Time to head inside and warm up!

How do you and your pet stay cozy on winter walks? Drop your tips in the comments! 🐶❄️
