Bravest boy award goes to our new friend, Goose! With the help of his emotional support squeak toy, he was fearless for his exam with Dr. Karnikaa.

Did you know our staff is Fear Free trained? We want all of our clients and patients to feel comfortable and safe each time they walk through our door. We love hearing from our clients what works best for their pets. Whether it’s a blanket to hide under, tasty treats or an emotional support squeak toy, we want to do our best to ensure our patients want to come back to see us again!

Today we recognize our lead technician Paula. Paula heads up our technician team and also spends half her time at IPH assisting with management duties. Paula has been an RVT for 25 years and has been on the IPH team for 12 years. Her outgoing, charismatic and enthusiastic outlook for veterinary medicine makes her a wonderful leader and mentor for our students and new staff. Paula manages to tame the inventory beast with her diligent oversight and thorough commitment and ensures our hospital is equipped with all the necessary tools. As our industry liaison, she helps us stay on the cutting edge of new therapies and products so that we can continue to offer our patient’s top care. Paula’s creativity is sprinkled throughout the clinic and she is a Cricut and Canva genius! We thank Paula for her diligence, hard work, her infectious laugh and the special touches that she brings to everything she does.

Today we recognize our Operations Coordinator Hannah. Hannah has been with IPH for 12 years, initially starting as a student. After pursuing human resources as her chosen field, she has stepped into the role of our head operations coordinator. Hannah’s exceptional organization coupled with her leadership helps her efficiently manage clinic operations. Hannah is constantly researching and bringing creative new ideas forward along with inspiring and implementing the goals and ideas that our team generates. This is instrumental in helping IPH to continually grow and evolve. We appreciate how efficiently she can curate and conquer her long and endless to do list. She is a passionate advocate for our teams’ wellness, appreciation and engagement and we are so grateful for her commitment, leadership and the significant impact she has on our hospital’s success.
