Effective immediately cancelation policy in effect. We will message and or call you 3 to 5 days prior to confirm your grooming appointment. Once you confirm your appointment and you cancel afterwards. You will have to pay 100% of your canceled grooming in order for us to rebook you. Thank you for understanding. Exceptions for emergencies.

I have to apologize to my clients I leave my phone in my suv so I am not bothered by anything while grooming their fur kid and I forget to take pics. But I would greatly appreciate if u guys would send pic to us. Also i would love a review. Thanks everyone
