Moment of personal accomplishment for myself today 🙈 Eclipse has spent the last 3 days taking it verrry easy and decompressing ! She is full of love and is LOVING being loved 😍 she is friendly to everyone she meets, and today amongst many accomplishments for eclipse I found a treat she finally showed a high value interest in, and we taught eclipse how to sit. Reminder that she is 5, from a sled ring operation, and doesn't even know English !

Welcoming Miss Eclipse our new foster / rescue, we picked up in the late hours of 4am last night from her long journey from quebec! Eclipse was rescued from a sled ring operation, has never lived inside or even been inside a house before, has frost bite on her nose paws and legs, and was very neglected and mistreated ! Eclipse suuure seemed greatful to sleep in my bed last night and snuggled all morning to show it 🥰💜 Although Eclipse has been temperament tested and is good with other dogs, she won't be joing in with the others until she is ready and has time to decompress and adapt to even living indoors !!! One step at a time with this girl 💜🥰✨️🐾

✨️Zoey nailed this excersize in just 1 session !! We are ALMOST ready to start desensitization with her biggest trigger . . . Other dogs ! ✨️
Not much talking in this video, as it's important that my timing for corrections is spot on !
However, this training excersize today is about keeping Zoey calm, and desensitization to the food dish. It's also another great excersize to teach Zoey, that I am in control of the food before we start diving into the hard work !
As you see in the video Zoey makes her own choice to ignore the dish and come to me, even though she had every chance to dive into that bowl, and I was further away than the bowl !
What another great accomplishment and step closer for Zoey!!! 🐾👏❤️
