Good morning everyone. I know a few people are waiting to hear from me so I wanted to bring everyone up to date. We've recently had a close family member get a terminal diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, as much as the treatments are hopefully slowing it down we aren't sure what this next year will look like. We'll be playing some of it by ear but most likely it won't be buisness as usual. It will be hard to maintain regular business hours and make sure we are spending time with family as well as the emotional toll it can have. I appreciate everyone's patience and prayers during this time and love you guys for all the hugs and support I've already received. Some hard decisions might have to get made as I'll be taking some personal time off coming up this spring but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Thanks for your patience during this difficult time.

We were proud to sponsor Innisfail first 3 on 3 basketball tournament held at the high school gym on Saturday! We had a great turn out and some really great competitors from both the youth and adult divisions with some teams coming Rocky Mountain House, Sylvan Lake, Red Deer and surrounding areas. Hope everyone is having a great weekend and we are thankful for the rain. I wanted to share a little behind the scenes video. There are two aspects to grooming that I focus on and as much as we love the bows and bandanas and the cute stuff there are also some very important aspects to maintaining good health and hygiene for your pet. I've had people ask about if they could bath their dog at home and then bring it in and as great as those intentions are heres why I always bath and dry with every groom. During the process the condition of the skin, hair are always getting checked over as well as during the drying process I'm always checking for hot spots, fleas, ticks and other bugs that may be present. Especially with dogs with thick double coats it can easily get missed. Check with your vet about preventable measures as well as keeping up with regular grooming to keep your pet healthy and happy and bugs out of your house this summer. 😊🐶
