Hope everyone is having a great weekend and we are thankful for the rain. I wanted to share a little behind the scenes video. There are two aspects to grooming that I focus on and as much as we love the bows and bandanas and the cute stuff there are also some very important aspects to maintaining good health and hygiene for your pet. I've had people ask about if they could bath their dog at home and then bring it in and as great as those intentions are heres why I always bath and dry with every groom. During the process the condition of the skin, hair are always getting checked over as well as during the drying process I'm always checking for hot spots, fleas, ticks and other bugs that may be present. Especially with dogs with thick double coats it can easily get missed. Check with your vet about preventable measures as well as keeping up with regular grooming to keep your pet healthy and happy and bugs out of your house this summer. 😊🐶
