Spring is here,
with this comes soft properties, driveway washouts and unpredictable ground, we would really appreciate if you call for a pick up, you do your best to do the following;
1. have the animal accessible to us and if it isn’t please advise us of this when calling.
2. Be honest of the situation, give us as much information as you can, help us help you. If we know we need an extra set of hands we have no problem bringing help.

Until the ground firms up we will not be going in paddocks, behind barns or grassy areas. we will do our best to help your situation with the equipment on hand but in some cases we will require some help from the barn owners with the equipment they have on hand.
We always do our best not to disturb the properties we go to and cause little or preferably zero damage but accidents do happen and we will work with the property owners to fix these problems.
