BC CALYPSO BLUEBERRIES I'm asked regularly, 'Why are your berries so good?' Well, here's a big part of it... after pollinating the fields with our honey bees, these berries can grow up to 50% larger. This field is hand picked just for us! Notice in the video my Dad took, there are a lot of green berries. For many commercially picked fields, they would usually wait until all of the berries were blue before machine picking the entire field. When this is the process, the berries that turned blue first are now quite soft. When our berries are handpicked as they become ripe, they are all premium berries. Dad drives to the fields and often helps bring the berries in from picking. When he arrives home, then we clean, box and weigh the berries. Alright Amazon, you’ve got a challenger! When your peaches are so good, they’re worth stealing!? 🤦🏻♀️ One of our most lovely, generous customer drives all the way from Calgary just to buy peaches from us! She is literally a SUPER MOM! She doesn’t pick up peaches just for herself but pretty much the entire soccer team of parents. Her Amazon package sat untouched for 2 days while they were away, but when she tried to leave some peaches out for a friend to pick up, this rude vulture swooped in. She successfully avoided the camera on her approach but these juicy peaches proved heavier than expected for her and she had to make a run for it!
