Our beans are roasted to different levels to bring out different types of taste. Let’s learn, shall we?⁠

Dark roasts are roasted the longest to be bold and rich, and full of kick. A medium roast can have some of the flavours of the coffee’s origin, and can carry some of the caramel sweetness of a darker roast. Light roasts are roasted least of all and bring forward origin flavours and kickass natural elements. ☕️

Here’s a hot little tip. DO NOT use boiling water to brew coffee!

After all, who likes to scald their beans? That's right, no one.

Boiling water scalds them beans. Makes coffee that tastes like ash.

Now, hot coffee is damn good. So get that water good and hot, like between 90-96ºC (195-205º F).

Just don't boil it.

Keep that coffee hot? Pre-warm the cup! Give it a rinse with hot water, then pour the hot water out before pouring coffee into the cup!

At home in the wild, and a little wild in the home.
Heck ya. This is a proper-everyday-kinda coffee.

Why Happy Camper?
We asked “What if we made that perfect go-to coffee-coffee?”
Y’know, something that was less “OMG!” and more “Mmmmmhmmmm.”

The kinda coffee that would perk up those small smiles, first thing in the morning by the campfire.
The kinda coffee that might “taste like another one.” (Thanks Dad!)
The kinda coffee that lifts the fog off the lake.
That warms the cockles of the heart, and tickles the taste, bud.
