Who loves Sunflower shoots? I know I do! Here are a couple of delicious recipe ideas for all of those sunflowers.

First, there is a tasty and healthy smoothie breakfast bowl! Add a handful of sunflower shoots to your favourite smoothie recipe and voila...it is now even more packed full of nutrients! Top it off with some seeds, nuts and fruit and you will be ready for an awesome day of adventure.

Why not try sunflower shoot pesto! So easy to add a few cups of shoots to your food processor with some parmesan cheese(or nutritional yeast) olive oil, garlic and walnuts(or pine nuts). Whirl it up and enjoy on pizza, pasta, or as a spread on a beautiful cheese board.

Microgreens....so wonderful and versatile!!
