Everyone meet “Flower” 🌸.. her home is the Hinton SPCA… and I was so lucky to meet this beautiful sweet dog today…many of her friends share the SPCA as their home… some of been there for a long time and some of been returned more then once, to no fault of their own…
Yesterday Janet and I preformed health checks and vaccines at the shelter…

Please even if you can’t adopted they need our help…they would appreciate donations of dog and cat food.. 💕cat litter… they have big vet bills too..so donating money to cover some of their bills is always greatly appreciated..or even helping walk the dogs-I know the dogs would be happy too…🐕
I also can’t thank the Hinton SPCA and the staff for all they do for the animals and our community…Thank -you

Make sure your pets will have their Christmas dinner too! Please email us at [email protected] to request appointments, and order food and medications before the Holidays. Orders placed before 4pm Thursday December 19 will be ready for pick up the next day. We will call you once our order arrives!

We are so excited to serve our community again at our new temporary facility located at 25 Stan Wright drive!

We will only be offering basic services until further notice and we continue to ask that all appointment, medication and food requests be emailed to us at [email protected]
Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your requests.

Exciting News: We're Officially Open as of October 29th! 🎉

We are in the process of getting our same phone number back in service, until then, please email all requests for food, medication and appointments to [email protected]

A heartfelt thanks to the Edmonton Humane Society for leasing their wonderful trailer to us and for helping so much in making this temporary facility happen!

Hello everyone!
Please be advised that the Valemount clinic will no longer be open on Mondays or Wednesdays.
We will continue to operate as normal on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the month of September.

If you've been evacuated due to the Jasper wildfire and may require emergency veterinary care, Jasper and Valemount Vet Clinic’s AHL After Hours Tele-triage line is now sponsored by Veterinarians Without Borders and can be reached by calling 780-800-2402.
Callers will be connected to an experienced RVT operator who will do a triage assessment of the animal via phone, text, or video. Instructions will be given should the animal need emergency care or is stable and requires monitoring.
Please note, only those displaced by wildfires in Jasper are to use this hotline. Feel free to share this number with anyone you know who is affected and has animals in their care. We can help any species, including small animals, horses, and exotics.

Escaped… Please help me find Felix… black and white male neutered cat…We are evacuees from Jasper and unfortunatly he escaped near the place we are staying… Near Mclennan Road/ North of Abernathy’s about 1 week ago.. please private message me if you have any leads or questions…
