Without a doubt will she be athletic like her momma, Plus strikingly eye catching like her dad but she is so friendly and eager to please

This filly is as fancy as her name! she has all the markers of Dun & Roan and she is shedding her baby fluff off to show the stripes
We are incredibly happy with this filly
She will be a nice big/useable bodied filly, that will have a good girth to hold a saddle and a powerful b***y to get you going somewhere. Plus she will be stunning and catch the eye of everyone who appreciates baby doll heads

we bred our best mares to a stallion that is proving him self at the ranch and his off spring.

We wanted to create a good size, good bone, pretty and talented horse..and thats exactly what we got.

Little miss Derby was on her Best behaviour today at the vet clinic .. halter training was well paid off for this trip

We started working with her Monday knowing we had to do this trip on Wednesday

She loaded, unloaded and lead perfectly grownup

We are preparing silver for One more shot at getting bred 😬😳 it’s late in the season - believe me I know .. I was shocked to not see anything In her womb at the last ultra sound 😭

So we are doing a culture and exam and ordering her semen again

Our life has become split we as if Jordan was to come to the cabin he can only come for a few hours cause we got all of the animals at home so one person gets to go and one person gets to housesit and animals sit so generally Jordan stays home so he could just continue working the horses that are in for training er

One dumb accident & this dude is back at the vets office

So incredibly grateful she answers our texts at all hours (or so it seems hahaha) and makes time to see him 🥰

He breathed water in … causing a potential uproar of infection in his airway .. which freaks me out .. so we will be treating him rather aggressively to be proactive for the next week

This guy cant catch a break it seems this season

Trust in the process - I can handle this

We scoped him - which we seen enough goop to be worried
Ultra sounded his lungs
& made a plan

There must be some kind of lesson the universe wants me to learn thoroughly about airways 🤷🏽‍♀️

Camilles Horses home of Grulla, Blacks & Blue Roans Horses.

As you know earlier this year we expanded our herd with 9 more prospects from Randy’s breeding program at Bar Over S. They all are 30plus years in the making of his breeding program & dream of combining workable nature with colour. We thank the stars for lining up and crossing our paths with Randy. These horses are everything we have been hoping for too!

Becoming fast friends with Randy, we have decided to carry on this lineage and adapt them into our horsemanship program to become our signature horses. They are fun, curious, trainable, athletic & have a touch of frosting; in our option the complete package for an equine partner.

We are excited to care on into the new. year with the goal of developing our horses into Equine Partners for our clients. We will have several available through out the year that range in ages from 2 to 5 years old. Expect them to all have a solid understanding of our OnGround respect & responsiveness and as they progress to be introduced thru the horsemanship stages. Jordan is currently half way thru his stage 5 with Glenn Stewart (which is a huge feat!) and several of our 4 & 5yr old horses are currently stage 4 and 5. That means, their drive to be your partner is so strong and in Tune with your movements...its like dancing. Having them gallop to you when you Catch them or draw them in, playing purposely at liberty, riding bridle-less, or the calm, reassuring nature they exude...drop their heads into your chest and just be as one.
