An update on our nutrition center and special orders 📣

We are making some changes to how we manage our nutrition center and special orders to better streamline our processes and provide improved service.

Special Orders: We will now be placing orders once a week. This means you may need to provide a bit more notice for non-stock items, such as special diets. For added convenience, we encourage you to utilize MyVetStore, an online service that guarantees access to a wide range of diets and supplements, with the added benefit of home delivery for orders over $100. Hospital pickup is also an option.

Nutrition Center Adjustments: We are reviewing the diets we routinely stock. While all diets will still be available, there may be adjustments to what is kept on hand regularly. If a diet you currently purchase is affected, we’ll notify you and help guide you to the best options, including MyVetStore.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement these changes and if you have any questions please let us know and a member of the Central team can assist you.

**Update** Puppy has been returned home! Thanks Kamloops community for spreading the word! Looks like the puppy wiggled himself out of the cat door!😂

A medium sized Aussie shepherd dog was found running in the street, no collar. Concerned citizen brought them to us, they are safe and warm, help us find puppo's owner. Please DM us or call 250 376 7208 with a description/photo of your missing pup.

Have you heard the news?? The Surgery Discount has been extended to September 15th. And YES it can be combined with our Seniors Promotion as well.

A sneak peek of the morning of our Spay and Neuter Day. First off, we arrived this morning to a bit of a mess, it seems our overnight guests had kicked all their food out overnight. Silly kittens! 😂 Our admin Hailey filmed these three kittens for 5 minutes before realizing there was a fourth kitten hiding under a pillow. 🥹 Stay tuned for more updates this week on our Spay and Neuter Day and to learn more about our collaboration with Four Paws Food Bank Foundation. Please note none of these kitties are up for adoption.

For the month of January we kept a list of all the pets that received Librela injections for their arthritis in order to select a random winner of Librela swag! Thank you to all the pet owners who diligently keep up with their pets monthly injections to keep them feeling younger, longer. In January a total of 43 dogs were given Librela and we are overjoyed to see so many benefiting from this amazing new medication! Congratulations to Buster and his family! If you think your pet could benefit from this new arthritis medication contact the clinic to learn more!

We want to thank everyone who has donated to our injured animal fund. Last year we were able to help around 10 total animals with care that was needed. We decided to do a little “Year In Review” of the major 2023 cases that your donations benefited so you can see how you’ve been helping! Thank you again to everyone who participated in fundraisers or donated just to be a kind human! These animals are thriving thanks to your generosity.💕
