Looks like it is snowing but it is the moisture in the fog that makes the Hoar Frost at colder temperatures! I remember one year a young boy worked for me and he worked the closing shift but it starts at lunch time. It was plus 10 that day. I was down after dark in office helping and I told him to look at the cameras and I said it was snowing. He could not believe his eyes and told me that it was to warm to be snowing and was in shock. Then he was excited and ran outside to check. I laughed so hard and so did he. Soooo funny! I have said this to a few employees for a good prank 😆🤣 - Tammy/Owner
