Finally, one more project completed!
Amusingly enough, I found setting all the straps the most difficult in all of this! The tooling of the big plates was relatively easy, with the pressure of failing growing as I was affixing every piece one after the other...
I am none the less really happy with the results so far, and can only hope that it will bring its new owner many hours of pleasure on the field!

At first glance one would think that this is one more thing for the parents to overview, but these routines have been a real blessing in our little family. With a bit of behaviourism (thanks to .natasha.amber/Natasha for that too!) our kids follow their routines and we don’t have to hound them and goad them all throughout the morning. And even with twins, 2 kids on the ASD spectrum, things are smooth on the vast majority of days leaving a lot more room for hugs and less stress added to our busy lives! 🙂

The message boldly blazoned across the heavens at the moment of birth was not meant to emphasize fate, the result of past good and evil, but to arouse our will to escape from this universal ball and chain. What we have done, we can undo. We can overcome whatever effects are now prevalent in our lives because we created them or chose them by our own actions in the first place, and because we have inner resources which are not subject to outside pressures.

Change can be scary. Accepting and taking on challenges can be scary. And should be, else you aren’t really challenging yourself. But all of this is a lot less scary when you welcome it all and say to the Fates “I wanted this”, even if at first you need to fake it until you can truly embrace it.

As someone said: you first make your beliefs. Then they make you. ☕️
