It’s that time of year again 🌻

I am so honoured to be nominated again for best pet groomer.
However , there has been some changes since last years “Best of Kelowna” as many of you know , in November I purchased the shop and rebranded to “The Dog House Grooming”

For this year I’d love to go into this voting with all the girls and represent our shop as a whole. I AM SO PROUD of this team and it would be so amazing to see us advance.

Its that time of year again, Best of Kelowna nominations are now open.

Shawna and Arlyn have both been nominated this year but under
“Grooming by Shawna - at the dog groomery” and
“Grooming by Arlyn- at the dog groomery”
We are so grateful for these nominations , however,
We are no longer The Dog Groomery and that business is located elsewhere in Kelowna.

Back in November , Arlyn purchased the salon and renamed it “The Dog House Grooming” & we are hoping to go into Best Of Kelowna , under that name.

Majority of my clientele is large , I am just so drawn to these breeds and love the gentle giants.

I am not the least bit techy, however , I am going to be attempting to launch square appointments. This app will send you apppintment confirmations and reminders. 🤞🏻I’m hoping this helps everyone and lays out my schedule abit better !

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:
I do request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide timely notice or not showing up for a scheduled grooming appointment may result in a fee. This fee helps compensate for my time and ensures availability for other clients. A no show fee will result in a 50% charge.

Price Increase:
There will also be a small increase in some of my dog grooming prices effective January 1st 2024. ($2 on small dog grooms , $5 on some larger breeds)
This adjustment is necessary to accommodate rising operational costs and continue delivering the exceptional care your pups deserve.
