A reindeer’s eyes turn blue in winter! Scientists discovered the collagen fibres in their reflective layer pack together more tightly and start to reflect blue wavelengths of light instead of yellow, to help them capture more light during the dark winter months.

Haha! Heard a few times this past week that rumours are swirling about me retiring! Not yet! We are now a 3 vet practice and I have not even reduced my hours! Still an eager beaver waiting to see all my lovely clients and fur kids! Plus, Dr. Mike is not retiring either and he is now our Saturday guy! Except not this Thanksgiving Saturday...... ~Dr Moira ❤️
