Small order landing this evening from Quality Marine out of Los Angeles. I'll be reaching out to those with pre orders 😁

Unfortunately I got shorted 2 purple tangs so we may have to rock paper scissors for the one I got 😅

Another 2 orders coming very soon, the Cebu and Jakarta pre orders got delayed almost a week due to flights not lining up, they would have had massive layovers and nobody wants dead fish.

So if you're not buying your critters from Impact Aquariums where we source, transport, acclimate, medicate and feed like they're our own fish (because they are until they're yours), you're not buying the best! 😁

Pros 😎

👉 We can Pre-Order pretty much anything if you're patient, you find it online and I'll find it in person. Usually a timeline of 2 or so weeks. If you want an odd ball Eel, specific Coral, clams or seahorses, we could be 4 weeks or more.

👉 We don't undercut and seldom price match, our quality speaks for itself and no other store puts the effort in that I personally do.

‼️I'm more than happy to go into detail on this if anybody would like to know more - your fishes longevity starts with acclimation from overseas‼️

👉 If it doesn't eat, act normal or I have ANY concern it doesn't leave the store. Even if you pre-ordered and are super excited for your new pet. If I wouldn't put it in my frag tank, I'm not letting you put it in your tank.

👉 Being live animals, if somehow there is an issue I'll remedy it of brought to my attention within a timely fashion. I've eaten the cost of a lot of issues because I'm a hobbyist first and want people to remain in the hobby.

CONS 😱

👉 These are all live animals, that being said my supplier doesn't just pick it off a shelf like they do at Amazon and send it. They have to be farmed or fished. Have you ever gone fishing and not caught anything? Yeah unfortunately my suppliers too. Occasionally a pre order may take slightly longer. Typically I'll add a small credit or something to make up for it.

👉 Again being live animals, if they arrive dead you get a full credit and we either try again or you can apply it to something else (no refunds, credit only)

👉 Some animals only come from 1 supplier. Like yellow tangs. We can get them, they just won't be cheap.

👉 I'm only one man. I'm not always easy to get a hold of. Just text or email for fastest response. I have 16 missed calls in the past 24 hours alone.

👉 Lastly, we don't sell dog food, cat food, reptile food, bird food or anything else related to your other pets. Many see it as a con. I see it as a pro.

Our ONLY option is to pump out quality marine life and have been since 2015 😁

Quick reminder that we are open by appointment only for the remainder of spring and into summer. That doesn't mean we're slowing down tho! Every fish available from our suppliers which can be kept in home aquariums is being added to our website for pre order.

Same for corals but it's more time consuming

Air Canada have been looking for "missing" live coral since January 26th. While I have no expectations of finding these animals, I would expect air Canada to have at least an ounce of urgency.
