Daisy’s Puppies Update: Almost 10 Weeks Old!

As we approach the 10-week mark, Daisy’s puppies are getting ready for their new homes with growing excitement. They’ve been making great strides in their training: coming when called, navigating stairs like pros, and mastering potty breaks outside. Their sleep routine has been particularly impressive—they now sleep a solid 7-8 hours in their kennel, waking up for long awaited bio break before happily settling back down until 8 or 9 am. Before their first meal of the day.

These puppies thrive on companionship and human interaction. They play wonderfully both together and on their own, and their love for being loved is evident in every wag and cuddle.

Surprisingly, we have one little girl left and she is such a sweet little lady. If you’re considering adding a new furry family member, Daisy’s litter would be an excellent choice. We adore each of these pups and long for them to be warmly welcomed into their forever homes.

Week 7: Daisy & Her Puppies Update!

Big leaps are happening in our puppy world! Daisy is nursing much less, and her little ones are eating more and more. These mischievous pups are getting swift at escaping their area, and when they do, “Papicito” is quick to sound the alarm.

The biggest joy is watching their personalities bloom. They’re wrestling with each other and having a blast chasing and tussling with their mamma. Daisy is an excellent wrestling coach! They adore being held, enjoy car rides (they stay quiet unless they need to p*e), and absolutely love mealtime.

We're gearing up for a busy week ahead. Our puppies have their next vet check and first vaccines, and they'll start going to their new homes. Bailey, Papicito, and Meelo are off to their forever families on June 15th. We're thrilled to see them embark on their new adventures, though we'll miss the joy they bring us.

Our two little ladies are still waiting for their perfect homes, but we know everything happens for a reason. ❤️

Week 6

Week 6 is here, and the fun continues with our adorable puppies! Each one is starting to show their unique personality, from those who get excited at the sight of a human, a dog, or even just food. Their joy is infectious! They've begun to really enjoy their "dog gruel" and get quite excited when it's mealtime. Daisy is nursing less and playing more, which is delightful to watch.

The puppies are teething, so we found some great chew toys from Costco that they love. We've moved them into a bigger space, allowing them to explore and learn new things, like climbing onto a top bunk bed (puppy riser). They seem to love sleeping together on the bottom bunk. We've also taken a few car rides to get them used to the kennel, and they've had their first potty breaks outside. They're mostly using the potty pads inside, thanks to rubber-backed pet training carpets.

The puppies enjoy playing with their mom, Daisy, and their big cousin, Alfie. They all love cuddling with their human caretakers. It's been a big week for these little ones. Enjoy the pics!

Week 5: Daisy’s Delightful Litter Update

What an exciting week it’s been for Daisy and her six adorable pups! At five weeks old, these little furballs are growing rapidly and becoming bundles of fun. Their energy is contagious, and every day brings new surprises.

This week, Daisy's pups started learning some important lessons. With their teeth coming in, they had a few nipping incidents. Daisy, ever the wise mother, swiftly taught them that biting meant no milk. They quickly got the message and are now nursing and enjoying their gruel like pros.

A highlight of the week was introducing the puppies to some kittens born just hours before them. The meeting was a whirlwind of cuteness! Watching the pups and kittens interact was pure joy.

It's hard to believe how fast these cuties are growing. In just a few short weeks, most of them will be heading to their wonderful new homes, where eager families are waiting to welcome them with open arms. We’re cherishing every moment with these playful pups as they continue to steal our hearts!

Week 4

This week, the magic truly begins with Daisy's delightful pups! Now at four weeks, their personalities are blossoming—they've transformed into playful little bundles of joy, buzzing with life. They've taken a liking to their new grewl food, savoring each bite with puppy-sized enthusiasm. Impressively, they're already catching on to the designated potty areas, a testament to both their intelligence and our diligent teaching.

Playtime has become an adventure of its own, with Daisy showing her pups the ropes, teaching them the fine art of tug and fetch amidst joyful yips and barks. The pups are also reveling in the affection showered upon them by a loving community of puppy enthusiasts, who visit regularly to indulge in cuddles and play. Each day brings new delights and discoveries, as these tiny pups grow and prepare to make their marks on the hearts of those lucky enough to meet them.

**Puppy Update: Three Weeks Old and Thriving! 🐾**

Hello, puppy lovers!

Time flies when you're having fun, and today, our adorable litter of puppies is officially three weeks old! They've just reached that irresistibly cute stage: their eyes are wide open, they're starting to play with each other, they are trying out new foods and, yes, they're becoming a bit more dependent on us for certain... cleanliness tasks (thanks, Daisy, for handling it until now!).

Each puppy's unique personality is beginning to shine through, making every day with them a delightful discovery. It's a joy to watch them explore their little world, tumbling around and taking their first wobbly steps into playful adventures.

Exciting news – three of these little bundles of joy have already found their forever homes, Meelo(Boy 2), Bailey (Boy 4) and Papicito (Boy 3)and they're staying close within the family! We couldn't be happier to know they'll be loved and cherished nearby. Mark your calendars for June 15th, when they'll be making the big move!

🐾 Puppy Update! 🐾

We’re overjoyed to share that all our adorable pups are thriving! Our smallest furball, Puppy #1, has been on an incredible journey. From 115 grams to over 200 grams, he’s been steadily gaining with his special bottle feedings. 🍼 Recently, he’s been nursing fully from Mom and still packing on those grams! The secret to his success? An external heat source, ensuring he stays cozy and can focus on growing big and strong. We know you’ve been rooting for them, so here’s a glimpse of each precious pup individually. Enjoy the cuteness overload! 🐶💕

Day 6 (almost Day 7)

Update on Daisy and her adorable puppies!

They're all doing great, and we're especially focused on giving Asher those extra feedings to help him catch up with his siblings. It's 4:00 am on a Saturday, and I couldn't resist sharing this exciting news with you all! Can you believe it's been almost a week already? Time flies when you're surrounded by so much love and cuteness.

Their little voices are starting to emerge, and it's heartwarming to see how they communicate with us, especially when they need something. To make Daisy feel more at home, we added a bench to her whelping box, giving her that cozy den experience she craved. It's brought her so much peace, and all the puppies seem to be feeling more content. We also have changed Momma Daisy’s food to a vet supported food that she seems to love. Additionally, we have added an external heating pad to the bottom of the whelping box to aid in keeping the puppies warm when they are done eating so Daisy can get breaks too;)

On Day 4, our adorable puppies are growing rapidly, except for little Asher, the runt of the litter. Last night, we noticed he wasn't receiving enough milk or warmth to thrive, so we rushed to the Veterinary clinic for some puppy milk replacement. Thankfully, after just 24 hours, Asher has gained a remarkable 10% increase in body weight. While we could see improvements with the frequent feeds, we also visited the Vet today for a check-up. The good news is that Asher's heart, lungs, and palate are all developing normally; we just need to continue keeping him warm and well-fed.

I'm incredibly thankful for my sister, who is staying with us and helping with the feeding shifts and puppy watch. Taking care of each puppy and Mama Daisy is quite an undertaking. Daisy wasn't eating much when her little one was struggling, but now she's back to eating well and thriving.

Well tonight is the night;). Daisy’s water broke tonight around 5:40 tonight so she is literally right on schedule.

We are hoping and praying she has a smooth and healthy delivery. If you are following we will go live when she is in full active labour.
