Well cherry fans, that is it for another year! We are picked clean. Huge thankyou to Valerie and Hector..awesome job! Thankyou to all the returning and new customers who waited in the heat to come and pick our beautiful cherries, I just wish there had been more of them and I am sorry for those of you who missed out on coming to visit. Let's hope Mother Nature co-operates and gives us a milder winter this year and we have more of those sweet treasures to pick next season.. but we were certainly grateful to have as many cherries as we had.. our gorgeous old trees did better than many other younger orchards! Looking forward to seeing you all again in July 2025

It's official...one more day!!! Tuesday 8am start..don't know if we'll make it to 1pm but we'll be starting off with fresh unpicked trees so it will be as good as it gets, the later you come, less will be available so plan to come early. Skeena and Lambert, both red cherries..NO Rainiers. U-Pick is $ 4.50/lb. When it's gone that is it until next July, lets hope for better, more temperate weather for our 2025 crop!

Well everyone, another wild and crazy day at the orchard!! That cleans out most of the Lapins! Monday morning we start at 8am with those crunchy Skeenas, some Lapins and juicy sweet Lamberts. We expect that we only have 2 days left so come early to avoid disappointment ( and heat and long lineups!) Remember that we close right at 1pm so that your cherries are not mushy from the heat so another reason to come early! The area still to pick is a little sunnier so please remember lots of water, sunscreen and possibly hats! Still no admission charge, U-Pick is $4.50/lb and sorry no Rainiers

Hey cherry fans, we are back and picking every day from 8am to 1pm. We are now picking lovely big Lapins and sweet,juicy Lamberts. Sorry we are sold out of Rainiers. Lots of lovely fruit left. We will be picking every day until they are gone; likely around Friday next week (July 26th)
But it all depends on how busy we stay, I will update again after the weekend. I expect to start crunchy Skeenas on Monday! Still no admission fees and all U-Pick is still $4.50/lb Don't forget your water and sunscreen! See you in our beautiful shady orchard!

Well,that was a quick finish to the vans and bings!! I certainly had hoped there were more cherries than that!! Those two varieties are now sold out and we are closed for a couple of days until the Lapins are ready...there are a lot more Lapin trees so we will hopefully be picking them for 5 or 6 days. Hopefully we will be picking the Lamberts at the same time.They will both continue to be $4.50/lb.We will reopen Thursday at 8am and as long as it continues hot we will be closing at 1 pm so the cherries don't get mushy from the heat. Thursday we will also have some more Rainiers..as always, they are prepicked only ( no u-pick). They will be $12 box , limited quantities ,first come first served. Thankyou all who came today for your patience with lineups and limited fruit due to our cold winter weather...we are just happy that we have as many lovely cherries as we have!!! Looking forward to seeing people on Thursday..as always we recommend coming early, bringing lots of water and sunscreen

Hi cherry fans, sorry we have closed early, we have sold out all our van cherries.We will be closed for a couple of days to let the lapins ripen up. Probably reopening Wednesday or Thursday, please check back for updated posts

Yes cherry fans we are now open from 8am to 1 pm; no admission charges just pay for what you pick. Upick is the same as last year...$4.50/lb.
We are starting with vans and bings..both dark sweet cherries with rainiers coming soon. With this heat we will only be open from 8am to 1pm so come early to beat the heat and the crowds! Please remember your sunscreen and water and the fact that we are cash only!

Hey cherry fans, we're getting closer! Yes there will be upick this year, just don't expect the trees to be as full as normal. But they are looking good and sizing up... still don't expect them to be sweet, ripe and ready till sometime between July 10th and 15th for start date. Please keep checking back for more posts and we look forward to seeing you all in our beautiful old orchard!

Well we're getting close to the end of May now, getting a better idea of how the trees survived that record cold last winter ter. We have more cherries than most other orchards..guess our beautiful old trees know what they are doing!! Crop volumes will be lower than last year for sure but hopefully the cherries will be big!
Still too early to set dates but expect our start date to be around that July 10 to 14th time frame. And we should still be finishing around the end of July. But that can change with warmer weather in June so keep checking back here. Looking forward to seeing you all in the orchard!

Hello all you cherry fans!!
Well the blossoms are dropping and we're getting a look at our trees now. Looks like despite the intense cold snap, we will have at least some cherries! Too early to set dates, July but can't get closer than that for awhile. Best guess is don't book holidays that include picking cherries until after the first week of July but that can change depending on the weather from now till then! Keep checking back and I will update when I know more

Dawn, Henry, Steph, Mike and Sianna... you were awesome...that was a lot of fruit, a lot of customers...you handled them both with care and courtesy... rare these days...thankyou for helping make Mike and Lizzy's a happy place!
We look forward to a great year in 2024....take care everyone till we meet again..in the orchard!

Well that is it for the year...we are now closed until next July 2023. Thankyou all for your careful picking!. Thanks as always to Dawn in the stand and to Henry and MacKenzie out helping you all find those lovely cherries. Let's hope we get a milder spring next year and a bigger crop on the trees. Well we are down to the end of the cherry picking season...Thursday is our last day. We will open at 8 am. We have a little bit of everything..Lapin, Lambert, Skeena. Come early, don't know how long before they're all gone.

Well everyone, we are getting close to the end... open today ( Wednesday)from 8 am to 12 with full trees of Skeena cherries to pick at $4.50/lb...
Will update at the end of the day about Thursday and Friday ...we will definitely be picked clean and finished by Saturday though

Hey all you cherry fans, that fruit is sure going quickly... we will be open from 8am to 12 again today (Tuesday).We expect to finish picking the Lapins and will then move onto the Skeenas with a Lambert or two left to pick. Still a couple more days of picking lovely fruit to go though so come early! U-pick is still $4.50/lb.

Hey everyone, we had another short but awesome day of picking Sunday, open again Monday at 8am. Once again, buckets of gorgeous fruit going out, sorry for the wait times..just wish I had more on the trees!!!! Lapins again Monday $4.50/lb then probably moving into Skeenas as well on Tuesday.. come early!
