Welcome Wrigley! This youngster is just about 5 months old and is the perfect addition to this family 😊. I trained the family's previous dog, and now I'm teaching the second generation, which is always such an honour!

The owners were incredibly aware, intelligent and proactive in prioritizing personality over breed and look, and have done an outstanding job! They’ve taken every piece of knowledge they’ve learned through training their previous dog and put all that into selecting a good fit for them from the start, and also, starting to train him from the moment they got him 🤓

Welcome, Miss Canela ♥️ Thrilled to work with this girl, and this family’s second dog, Walter, is the other dog in the household and just went home today. Her family is EXCEPTIONAL for wanting to ensure both dogs receive the same training and consistency to set them up for success from the start.

Miss Canela doesn’t have any apparent behavioural issues, but her come command doesn’t exist!

Welcome mister Walter ♥️ so exciting to work with this handsome guy!
Walter is here because he has reactivity issues, is insecure, pushy, and VERY OVERSTIMULATED, leading to a considerable lack of manners. He has been reactive to the other dog in the home as well.
Thrilled to help him, his family and also the other dog in the family. After he returns home, the other dog in the family will also be doing the 2-week Board & Train program so that she gets the same training. So essential to have all dogs and humans in the family on the same page for success ✨

Dogs respecting cows so, cows respecting dogs in turn - yay for manners and training 👏 ♥️ Upmost importance to me that all dogs respect all animals in the mountains so that, we can all enjoy the beautiful nature in harmony and no one gets chased or gets a heart attack either 😉

Welcome Mister Knox ♥️

His owners are absolute rockstars!!

So grateful and excited to have Knox in at such a young age (4.5 months old) and into my most popular and favourite program, the 14-day Board & Train with e-collar 🤓 This is so important so I can respect his speed of learning, rest, and recovery. Each dog and puppy is unique in their capabilities, thus having time on our side allows us not to have to rush, which in turn, provides a much better learning environment 🤍

Anthony Boldt - Owner

Anthony Boldt, owner of Prairieburn K9 Academy BC Division is located in Kelowna, BC. Anthony started his career in the dog industry after meeting Debbi in 2015 when his dog Charlotte attended her board and train program.

Anthony has created a truly balanced lifestyle with his dog and has further evolved his training skills by shadowing Debbi over the years during many training sessions, seminars, board & trains, Day Adventures, ecollar (etouch) and her Foundations Workshops. He has one on one experience working with over 500 dogs with many different behaviour issues which has given him to knowledge and experience to take over our BC Division.
