Smart and obedient are two very different things

Doggy school day for the pack

While Cherry is very interested in the pond and will stand in the water, she hasn't quite figured out the swimming portion and is fascinated by Poppy doing laps

I'm sure she'll be joining in as it gets warmer

Then the Jacks gave the collies a lesson in finding as dispatching field mice, I may have a couple more Rats dogs in the house!

Today, we said goodbye to the very best funcle any puppy could have. Tom was an incredible family dog, endlessly patient with puppies, and an all around good boy

Cherry took an immediate shine to him and after months of diligent work she won Tom over with her insistent kisses and had him playing last week ❤️

He went downhill quickly in the last 48 hours and you really can't ask more than that from a 14 year old mix breed

Sleep well my boy
